The other key factor will be share price enhancing news leading up to repayment..Securing funds for the TEO and to achieve an offtake is extremely pleasing

It seems to be a decent deal considering the markets at the moment..The key is how many tranches will they need to draw down before Adam can secure the off take..Going to be an interesting 3 months in my opinion

Once AMC proves that it can produce a separate Copper concentrate then Adam will be able to sort out an off take.Small amount of funding required soon for the next 6 months and then an off take with some cash upfront..Then debt raised against the future income stream..At sometime a major will step in and I maintain circa 75p per share takeover price. . Very happy here
