21/2/2020 09:30 | Ebomber,You are a proven liar, deceitful, desperate, fantasy hindsight trader..The RNS clearly states that they relate to the previous fund raise..Total scum. | crazytowner
21/2/2020 09:17 | Worth noting issue of warrants at 2.12 pence that can be exercised at any time over the next 3 years announced today. 2.12 pence an indication of the ambition of where the market believe the share will be. If not, then absolutely no obligation to exercise. The warrants could be seen as payment for taking imminent placing shares. C'mon Robin. Time to drop the placing news as AMC now operating on fumes. You have bills to pay before the month end. | ebomber
21/2/2020 08:24 | Probably related to some performance criteria..Keeping the share price under 2p would fit..Disappointed that this part of the deal was not announced with the original RNS.Its things like this that completely destroy the boards credibility when shareholders are only given half the story | crazytowner
21/2/2020 08:21 | Everyone just wants amc shares...they know this is a win win situation hence filling the boots...:) | qui quaerit reperit
21/2/2020 08:17 | ...since when warrants are free, they will have to pay for them upon their exercise? :-o | billyrayvalentine
21/2/2020 07:28 | And he is pleased! | gizmohican
21/2/2020 07:27 | More freebies and dilution well done robin | gizmohican
19/2/2020 07:57 | Further more, is Mr Habib appointment the reason for not releasing the 2018 field update? It would make sense to him, getting exercise price of 1.95 pence per share. Which may have been higher following the much awaited update | mr skint
19/2/2020 07:36 | Morning guys, Not long ago I posted about palladium, then it just reached $2000 oz, I said at that time it would possibly go up to $3000 oz. Today it hit $2,755 oz. Mr Habib may find success in a off take agreement for palladium, speculators are now predicting $4,000 oz. That's a substantial amount of value for a by-product. | mr skint
19/2/2020 07:27 | How is it doing: Amur published a pre-feasibility study in early 2019 which showed that production is likely to come from four open pits and one underground operation. It’s envisaged that the overall mine life will be 15 years, although precisely how the ore is mined depends on which of the two options presented in the pre-feasibility study is adopted. Option one, known as the TS option, will cost less to develop but offers lower margins and a lower NPV. Option two, known as the FFS option, will cost more to develop, but will deliver significantly higher returns. Under the TS option, post-tax free cashflow will amount to just over US$2bn. Under the FFS option, post-tax free cashflow will amount to just under US$3bn. In January, the baseline environmental assessment (BLEA) was filed and approved by the necessary Russian Federation agencies as part of the TEO, which is a Russian feasibility study ultimately leading to the determination of reserves in accordance with Russian requirements. In November the company raised £1.2mln before expenses through the subscription of just under 70.6mln shares at a price of 1.7p per share. (proactiveinestor) | showercubicle
18/2/2020 22:45 | BHP CEO being interviewed in Australia reiterating they are looking to buy Copper and Nickel, Explorers and Developers rather then looking to buy producers, mines that are already in production. So why haven't BHP taken a stake in AMC if AMC have such a good asset as they have already done in other Copper and Nickel Explorers/Developers Nornickel, the Russian nickel miner hasn't even been sniffing around AMC, saying loads about how not very good the AMC asset really is. For 4 years AMC have been trying to get Government funding to put in infrastructure again without any success. Usually if a good worth while mining asset the Government will pay and build a road or electricity to be put in or a rail head etc again AMC haven't got a single Rouble from the Government????? | loganair

18/2/2020 17:43 | I doubt he said anything he hadn't planned in advance | inaminute
18/2/2020 17:30 | So many salient points in that Adam Habib interview, not least of them being that he left a very nice job to pursue 'his own future '. Evidently working with AMC was his immediate priority. He described this as a major asset of global significance and 'there are not too many of this size'. Also, he says that 'when you you speak to other companies they are aware of this company (AMC), so that's very encouraging'. Was it a Freudian slip to mention Trafigora and Glencore ? | showercubicle
18/2/2020 17:08 | Him coming on board may also have given RY and PM the comfort to take shares for salary. As I said at the time, they'd have got no more flak if they hadn't done that than they've received anyway, but I'm hoping they could see the light a bit brighter at the end of this long tunnel. | inaminute
18/2/2020 16:17 | As per his recent interview, Adam has been in discussions with AMC for 6 months..I find it very difficult to believe he would join right before another poor fund raise. | crazytowner
18/2/2020 15:40 | WONGA FUNDRAISE NOW IMMINENT Expect red day at close. | ebomber
18/2/2020 13:18 | Adam Habib. With his track record and CV, you wouldn't think he would want a wonga style funding deal on his CV. Least not akin to recent arrangements. At some point in coming weeks a funding deal will be required. I believe he was aware of the details of last RNS before he agreed to join the board. That info has given him something to work with, a copper off take agreement is what he will deliver in the short term, then follow up with something more substantial. If he goes down the same finance road as previous deals, then his CV will be seriously tainted. He hasn't joined to be painted with that brush, AMC already have those unqualified painters. Its coming together, if you think 2015 share price was good, this next move will make that look infinitesimal. KTF. | mr skint
17/2/2020 14:44 | Ready for the afternoon dip in run up to close today. Last chance to exit AT OVER 1.7 PENCE as AMC need funding RIGHT NOW. C'mon Robin its about time you advise long term holders what funds will finance the building of the infra-structure. | ebomber
17/2/2020 14:05 | Absolutely.I think things will move pretty quickly with Adam on board and a proven sellable copper concentrate. | crazytowner |
