It would be nice if the BoD started taking shares in lieu of salary to show some commitment here.

Copper would need to be over $6,600 tonne for $3.00 /lb, not out of the question given forecast demand.

I would expect offtake agreement for copper sooner than later, one needs to lock in this price before any serious burgeoning demand really kicks in.

Copper is forecast to rise substantially in next 12 months.
A $-billion copper contract could net a $200 million agreement.

KTF.

So, the RNS states $750m value for the copper concentrate..This is using a price of $2.50 per pound and excludes the 2018 excellent drill results..So at say $3 per pound and with 2018 results we are looking at $1 billion..I think this RNS has been released so that Adam can talk to his contacts with numbers in hand now as publicly released information rather than waiting until the work is finalised.

Give credit to Robin.

He is trying hard with the RNS today in advance of the placing this week. RNS today another vain effort to inflate share price before placing announcement.

C'mon Robin share the funding arrangements ASAP and we can all move on.

Replacement advisor last week, some mineral results today.

How is AMC going to be funded to the tune of $1 billion over the next 10 years in order to get resource out of the ground?

Death Spiral!

Did expected the share price above 2p...but looks like the market lost confidence....unfortunately but the bod did managed to mess this up over the last few years...now amc MUST have 2 priority things, first - rebuild the lost reputation and second - sort the proper financing! It is easy to lose reputation and difficult to regain it...,but possible, first stick to own timescales and release the drilling results, second, bring back confidence and release news that we were finding in Russian press ( funding, road, Government loans etc )...please start working on this now!!! Thanks

Would an off take on the copper provide all of the financing necessary for the construction?.Now that would be one hell of an RNS to land

#AMC Amur Minerals advances towards the addition of copper to the Kun-Manie product suite
Amur is developing one of the last major nickel sulphide deposits in the world

I presume the way an offtake agreement works is that we sell the copper concentrate cheaply but get paid well in advance. That will allow us to maximize the profits on nickel sulphide once in production.

Also worth noting this report is another further derisking of project. Looking forward to the updated drill results. An offtake agreement for say $1bn worth copper..... that's our next stage funding well and truly in the bag

If only AMC had a similar crazy valuation that GGP has for its in the ground resource!

Exactly my read of it. Am guessing the drill results within the fortnight ahead.

The PFS declared 137,000 tonnes of copper within the nickel concentrate, which gives RY his suggested $750m at current prices. We now know we have a higher recovery rate for copper. We're still awaiting updated mining figures from 2018 but we've been told many times it will be significantly higher than PFS. Higher recovery from a significantly greater tonnage should therefore mean >$1bn copper?? Is my logic correct?

The copper value alone is about 35/40 times the market cap, madness, this needs a serious rerate.
