Or a company that Robin, Savage and co have a big share in. Ride the gravy train, spend the cash, drive the share price down, pick up a chunk cheap then sell up. Sod the shareholders who sold out disillusioned and the LTH who get a fraction of what they could have made

It’s mind boggling how much RY has earned out of this venture and yet still gets benefit of the doubt from shareholders.

Basically using a great asset to fund lifestyles and of course it will be dragged out as long as possible.

Upon admission more than 10 years ago Amur was valued at 28 million pounds with a share price of 33p and they talk of value and..... wait for it......

No secret investor as under AIM rules investor would have to declare holding last week.

Placing shares now all dumped on unsuspecting mug punters.

Trading resumes at lower levels.

Next placing before end Feb 2020.

They are either

1. Going to name the buyer

Or

2. Give us a proper explanation on why they are not being disclosed.

Said they will get back to me.

I don’t mind taking risks and losing, par for the course with gambling but I don’t like this smoke n mirrors behaviour.

Does anyone have any thoughts on our mystery investor? I thought if a shareholder exceeded 3% holding they must disclose this. Share register last updated 8th October. Why did AMC choose to hold this back?

I don't understand your intelligence.

Take sxx siruis minerals for example.
Are they a producer?
No, they are in building phase, yet the Mcap was over £1 billion.
OK it had issues with the bonds, hence Sp crashed, but that's different issue.

Moral of the story,
Mcap can reach £billions without producing all depends on the assets value.

Now £23 - £30 billion is no small amount.
This number is bigger than some small country economy

Mad, sorry to hear about your illness mate. Yes, I spent a month in Turkey and have been in North Cyprus for over a month. The weather here is great at the moment. 25/29 degrees have been the normal during day time.
I went and visited Goblekly Tepe when I was in Turkey this year.
Google it. The oldest site discovery in mordern day of humanity.

Morning Bwana. Sounds like your in Cyprus? I wish I was, am led up with flu, in a miserable wet UK.Lanstead, Crede and Riverfort..... 3 blindingly bad decisions by the BOD although I suspect plenty brown envelopes kept the gravy train BOD happy. Am sure the sigh that they've finished shafting the PI they are meant to represent will be a load stock options and warrants. Great resource, well managed project but crooked BOD

I am very sure that the Russian Gov and officials are keeping a very close eye on the developments at AMC.
THIS IS A STRATEGIC RESOURCE FOR THEM.
They would not want direct competition against MNOD,one of their largest Co,s
You can answer this for yourselves.
Putin himself would be involved and would be kept informed.
MNOD BOD are top men in Russia,in contact with Putin most of the time.
Political things will play their role as well.
The Russians would not like to see AMC shareholders robbed,it would be bad for western Co,s to do future business in Russia.
I think the Russians may use AMC as an example to the western world. To increase their investments in Russia, in the future.
In the past Russia paid good price for BP assets and bought them out, or booted them out !!
Oil is strategic to Russians and so is Nickel. I hope you see where I am coming from??
I have just fed the birds and also the cats. It is a lovely morning here and I will enjoy the day. I wish LTM,s a good day and have patience with AMC.

Bum BOD but a mouth watering resource.
The BOD have been passing the time scratching ther heads and their balls as to do what next !!
I am glad TB is aboard now.

I now wonder if the loan has a connection with Brian Savage or his associates?? Remember CREDE ?? The BOD are in dark water's at the moments in my humble opinion.
