Minvostok in the national program plans to attract about 11.5 trillion rubles of investments in the Far Eastern Federal District
MOSCOW, Nov 5 - PRIME. The Ministry of East Development has submitted to the government a draft national program for the development of the Far East, which provides for the inflow of at least 11.5 trillion rubles into the economy of the macroregion, as well as an increase in housing construction by 1.6 times, the press service of the Ministry of Eastern Development and Trade says.

Russian President Vladimir Putin instructed to develop a draft national program for the development of the Far East of the Ministry of Eastern Development in September 2018 at the Eastern Economic Forum.

On November 5, the department submitted to the government a draft presidential decree "On the National Program for the Development of the Far East until 2025 and for the future until 2035," the report said.

The national development program has three goals: ensuring economic growth rates that exceed one and a half times the national average, improving the quality of life of the Far East to a level higher than the national average, and also stopping the migration outflow of the population.?

"To achieve these goals, the National Program defines specific measures, the implementation of which, for example, in the economy will lead to an increase in the total volume of Far Eastern exports by 1.5 times, an increase in the share of non-primary exports to 40% and the entry into the economy of the macroregion of at least 11.5 trillion rubles of investments, "the press service of the ministry said.

As a result of the implementation of these measures, transport accessibility of 1265 settlements will be ensured, the volume of housing construction in the Far East will grow 1.6 times. In addition, the National Program provides for goals, directions and measures to accelerate the socio-economic development of each of the 11 regions of the Far East, which are determined taking into account the views of their residents.

Hi Shabirm, I would like to mention one thing which I personally believe is significant and very important.Due to all the bb being spammed for the last few days, one thing slipped without being more detailed discussed and analysed.Up to now it was always a case of low rate government loan for amc to build a road, but new Far East Development document is clearly stating following - " For example, now the budget covers expenses for roads, communications for projects with private investments from 1 billion rubles" and this amount will be even reduced to 300m rub. AMC investment in a project is 66bn rub so fully qualifies for Russian Government Budget requirements...
If this is a case, then it completely changes the whole picture, because amc may be saving about 200m usd on road building. I know it may sound too good to be truth hence it would be very good to have a constructive discussion with regards to this point and different points of view, but unfortunately the bb are spammed and may not be easy to discuss this properly in a near future unless ADVFN will introduce an option to ban premium users...

Qqr and Bwana, from Ry Proactive investor interview do you guys believe we would be lucky to get an offer of around $300m dollers which works out at just over 27p per share ie 9 bigger OR could it be higher after inclusion of 2018 drill results? What about the assistance from Russian towards the building of road? I wonder if that is included in the npv figure? Thanks in advance.

Bwana, surprisingly I am also working towards the 2 million figure, nearly there. Didn't have much choice but to achieve a lower breakeven as I believe that we will not hit the high of 43p that we did in the past. Any good luck to all the LTHs.

Though not many more have made the effort from the Wanobi thread so far.
Wanobi has bitten the bullet here though. I think he is a great guy.

To all new investors: most people who post on this board are long term holders of Amur and see this as an investment. Like myself I will stay here until the end and I will keep adding on any dips. This week we have seen volume and movement that has not been seen in a while and I strongly believe that this is the start of the long awaited move up of the share price. RY is not a young chappie and he will want to see the back of this soon I believe but he will not give this away cheaply after having worked tirelessly for over a decade.I think of this as a 12 month investment where you have the potential to get at least a five fold return on your investment....something you will never get in a bank.
