NEXT LOAN CONVERSION AND ISSUE OF SHARES NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 2020

"Company has agreed not to make any further drawdowns under the convertible loan facility with Riverfort for a minimum period of three months...…R30;" - February 2020

£1.2mln before expenses = £1.05mln after expenses.

£625k goes to pay off the Riverfort loan leaves them with about £400k.

Late AUGUST - Amur Minerals Raises Over GBP150,000 As Non-Executive Takes Shares. This £150k has lasted barely 2 months which means the £400k AMC have just got will last them maybe until the end of February next year, if they are lucky.

Another 87 million plus shares to add to already sizeable dilution pool.

No probs giz,also my own thoughts are this combined with the riverfort news makes this even more compelling that something corporate is brewing.I think there will be some serious interest in AMC from here once newws gets around.

Guys i had a chat with a broker pal of mine in the city about AMC just now and asked him about the identity of the buyer...he simply said it is "price sensitive" and a big name.So i reckon something is afoot here and a chance this could do a EUA when this news drips out.

I tend to agree with you as I think TB has a connection with Sprott in the past. Sprott are investors in small discovery Co,s with big resource finds. They have very deep pockets too. I very much hope it is them.
I am not happy that RY has given 10% of the Co for a measly $1.2 Millon.
Without naming the investor !! We the share holders don't get to buy the shares at this price,hence my dislike of RY and the BOD. No care for the PI,s at all !!
Last time he introduced CREDE as investors too !! Look how good they turned out to be !! He speaks with a forked tongue. Yes, he will be back for more shares at the AGM !!
200 Million or more, without blinking an eye lid. Watch this space.

British Amur Minerals will receive state support in the Far East. The Far East Development Fund signed an agreement with the British company on further intentions. We talking about financing the Kun-Manye mine, located in the Zeya district of the Amur region. The license for the extraction of copper, platinum, cobalt and other minerals is owned by Kun-Manye, a Russian subsidiary of Amur Minerals. Several years of engaging with potential strategic partners and still no strategic partner has come on board.

With other mining companies in Russia, government has paid to put in infrastructure such as Roads or Electricity. So why after 3 1/2 years of trying to get government funding for such infrastructure has AMC not managed to get any?

More than half of the money raised will be used to repay in full the convertible loans outstanding to Riverfort Global Opportunities PCC Limited and YA II PN Ltd, together with any interest due.

The balance of the funds will be used for general working capital purposes.


The nickel-copper sulphide mineral exploration and resource development company focused on the far east of Russia - so why have the likes of BHP and Newcrest invested in the likes of solgold which is expecting to mine their Copper sometime in 2024 and not AMC?
