01/10/2019 15:25 | Looks like no typo error here, so they have assessed the potential investor/partner and now just accessing the money which then means that russians correct and no more money required for development, just need some final paperwork to access the money...:) | qui quaerit reperit
01/10/2019 14:18 | Not according to the rns - Ave price at time of placing was 1.21p and 127.7million shares | gb99165
01/10/2019 14:04 | 2009 share price was 11p, mind you we only had 175 million shares issued. Hard to believe i've been here 10 years. | russian turnip farmer
01/10/2019 13:10 | those were the days - who would have thought 10 years later we are still around the same pricehttps://amurmin | gb99165
01/10/2019 13:04 | My thoughts are the same - if there was a typo identified as being in error then they are obliged to issue another Rns to confirm | gb99165
01/10/2019 12:57 | Personally I think it was just clumsy wording and the company will probably argue that to assess potential partners you'd have needed access to them anyway so, whilst they didn't use the word that they could have used, the word they did use isn't technically wrong. I certainly wouldn't base an investment decision on that one word (like someone appears to have done on LSE).Back to the old chestnut of why are there always typo's in our RNS's, it's pathetic, whoever the person is who gets the final sign-off should admit they're rubbish at it and get some help. | inaminute
01/10/2019 12:09 | Well Tad,they have not sent an RNS correcting anything,so that could mean very good news if they are, ACCESSING instead of Assessing. I am sure they would have corrected this by RNS. Well I would have hoped so anyway. Then again you know this BOD !! So make what you will of this ! Is it time to do a top up ?? I am holding a lump of cash,Brexit at the end of this month !! German Economy at it's worst since the last Market Crash. China USA trade war etc,etc ! Not a good time to be exposed to the market in any big way.Holding Gold and cash are prudent things to hold at the moment IMO. NAI PS. I am flying out late afternoon. Thank you and Nodoe for your good wishes. GLA. | callmebwana
01/10/2019 08:36 | I don't know and may be wrong but if company made typing error that has a big difference, shouldn't they correct it??? | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 18:25 | Have a nice, safe journey and holiday Bwana!:)Oh and no rns yet to confirm the wrong wording...not that I don't trust TDT having a phone call, no doubt he did had a phone call but amc must officially correct that mistake. | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 18:24 | Enjoy cmb…… | nodoe
30/9/2019 18:12 | LOL Nodoe,I don't let things get me down. I am traveling tomorrow and I will be well chilled the day after. Bwana has got a lot of doe to spend this holiday Nodoe. :0) | callmebwana
30/9/2019 18:06 | Chill cmb….Tom has a racing licence!!! | nodoe
30/9/2019 17:57 | This share goes in the bottom drawer and I am glad I am off to the sunshine tomorrow,it has not stopped raining all day here, where I am in the UK. | callmebwana
30/9/2019 17:52 | Yes tad,I am very bullish about our resource but not at all about our BOD. An RNS is a very important document and it should not contain any mistakes. The two word mean totally different things,Assessing and Accessing. :0/ This RNS contains results. You would think they would have checked it at least 3/4 times. Wording mistakes leaves share holders guessing !! It is like having a top class car, when the driver is useless !! What good is that ?? | callmebwana
30/9/2019 17:01 | Bwana, its only a small wording error, or maybe it wasn't meant to be error...???Funding is a key now, no doubt here, but what could they have said to us? Yeah we have the money from this and that partner? No buddy, they can't say this now, they will be able to say so once negotiations are concluded and they know they must work on this hard...where is RY gone, haven't heard from him for some time now, maybe he is working with potential partners and to help him he got Tom Bowens in??? | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 16:56 | Being really negative for the last few weeks I can now make some, I believe, objective conclusions.1. 2018 drilling results not being announced, today's rns reconfirmed the results are being used in a negotiations and are under NDA, this is fine and fully explain everything. No problem here as this will hopefully help them to get a better deal.2. TEO work is already well advanced and latest mid November we will have a results from Gornickel.3. Directors are working on funding options. Great, just please listen to us and don't mess it up.So what else, the only thing they have not mentioned is the info coming from Russia, they should have at least made a comment about this, but again, positive is that they did not deny anything and knowing that they have multiply nda's in place, it explain why they are not commenting on this. If the info would be incorrect they would no doubt said so and a denial would not break the nda, but confirmation would...So all very positive, just don't mess up with riverfort style deals!!!!! | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 16:43 | I don't think so Tad. The RNS is ambiguous in its nature and wording, to say the least!! Accesses ?? Should it not be, Assess. Robert Shaffer has signed it and it has been passed by the accountants, though the account has not been audited. So make what you will of it. They still have not told us where the funding is going to come from !! Not a lot of cash left in the kitty, they have to get their cash from somewhere !! More of the same ?? The RNS does not make it clear at all to me. The grave train chugs along. :o/ The only consolation I feel is, that Thomas Bowen would not have bought 7.5+ Mil shares at around 2.18P blind folded,he knew what he was doing. AIMO of course. | callmebwana
30/9/2019 16:12 | Maybe delay was due to double checking something? | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 16:08 | Yeah not like our BOD to miss a time slot Hej! They are normally so prompt and on the ball with comms | madengland_
30/9/2019 16:06 | You should have seen the typo's at 7am ;D | inaminute
30/9/2019 15:52 | I'm wondering why this RNS wasnt released at 7am like usual. I'm sure it was ready for that time. Why delay it, if even just for a couple of hours? | nando01
30/9/2019 15:31 | A lot of negativity on the BB's today, most posts coming from the "ex" rampers. | russian turnip farmer
30/9/2019 15:06 | That's my thoughts. He would have been clear what he was getting into and would certainly have been aware of the implications for the share price if things dragged on. Why buy then? | inaminute
30/9/2019 14:56 | We have been given some deadlines for some key pieces of information. Up until the point the PFS turned up it was never, according to some, going to be produced in the promised Q1 and by then we would have run out of funds. It was, we didn't. Many, including myself, who went to the Nov presentation gave RY and the CFO the benefit of the doubt when they said PFS would be on time and the going concern point wasn't a key issue. Start of Q1 tomorrow. Interesting times. | inaminute
30/9/2019 14:56 | So what I don't understand is why did Tom buy 7 million shares if it's going to drag on so long?....more going on than meets the eye me thinks!! | nodoe |
