30/9/2019 14:42 | Bottom drawer for a long while yet... | gizmohican
30/9/2019 14:12 | AMC not going anywhere in a hurry - it will take at least another 18-24 months before any substantial progress. Not sure if it will survive that long. I remain invested until the end :-) | younasm
30/9/2019 13:51 | Me too Bwana not worried about going concern. They just need to access the money they are offered by potential partners, of curse on terms benefiting both parties... I do very hope they will not drag us into another Riverfort style deal, time to switch the brains on and do some deals, anyone can take a most simple way and get riverfort style funding, its like most companies now in a world are going thru redundancies instead of using brains, any idiot can simply make 10-20% staff redundant and claim saving money...but as we know it is most simple way and works only temporary... using logic and tactics, this is what our BOD is paid for to do... | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 13:28 | Wasn't expecting anything else today. As I said, this hasn't changed my thoughts, will reassess as Q4 progresses | inaminute
30/9/2019 13:17 | So for now....... jam tomorrow then? Argh great can't wait, well I lie, I can. What's another year or two | madengland_
30/9/2019 13:03 | The going concern note was inevitable and thankfully the fuss around it is less than last year ie we've had less people trying their hand at saying we're going bust! The Directors have to make the call on whether the company is a going concern and they have based, as they say, on their negotiations. Given the Q4 deadlines for some key information, I suspect today's RNS has had a neutral impact on the thoughts of many as to where we are. | inaminute
30/9/2019 12:42 | Tad.We will know the truth in November some time, I guess. The going concern note is still there,as they owe out more then what they have. I am not worried about that. Who knows, they may still ask more from River Fort !! The wording in the RNS is not fully clear to me !! | callmebwana
30/9/2019 11:05 | Very well spotted and noted by Patiencepoor on lse bb. Have a read his post. | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 11:02 | And let's not forget copper, it is great they decided to add more value to Kun Magnier project:) | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 10:54 | I think the off take agreements can be got when the road loan is got from the Russian Gov.They would have to show the Gov. that they have backers J/Vs etc, that they can build the mine, before they get that loan from the Gov. The next news we will get will be the 2018 drilling results IMO. It all is going to take time. As they say, Rome was not built in a day. | callmebwana
30/9/2019 10:44 | Hi Bwana, I'll be happy with off take agreements, we know and they confirmed for a road funding there is a low rate Government loan, I personally believe that amc will build a road with Government help and won't need any J/V or off take agreements for it. Infrastructure most likely will be a J/V..Interesting times ahead buddy:) | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 10:38 | Tad they do say funding for the TEO etc, will be paid for by the interested parties or words to that effect. Once they agree to a J/V or J/Vs (There could be two interested parties too)from previous RNSs They should go around raising money by off take agreements IMO. It does not sound to me that there will be a T/O. Perhaps later on when the mine is producing. All IMO of course. ATB. | callmebwana
30/9/2019 10:32 | "As part of this metallurgical programme, the potential to develop a separate copper concentrate only stream is being assessed. The 10 tonne bulk sample required for this work was shipped and this work programme commencing shortly." | patio58
30/9/2019 10:25 | And second confirmation of nda's being in place, please just to a funding deal with interested parties!!! Don't drag it for too long and we will be fine!!! | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 10:22 | Well, they have done a lot of work and very positive outlook too, it is good. Now only need to sort a proper funding, a PROPER, not some crede/riverfort style!!! | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 10:03 | They need to announce the funding very shortly as they have likely already ran out of money and they still have £1,000,000 debt to repay | schachmeister
30/9/2019 09:58 | Nothing startling that I can see | nando01
30/9/2019 08:33 | Good morning all. I think they have delayed the RNS,after reading Tads emails LOL. | callmebwana
30/9/2019 07:37 | Lol:) I know buddy, have to be optimistic in this crazy world we live...:) | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 07:35 | Ever the optimist tad | nando01
30/9/2019 07:33 | Why not looking good? They're updating rns to answer our questions we've asked over the weekend | qui quaerit reperit
30/9/2019 07:27 | Doesnt look good if they cant have the results ready for start of the morning | nando01 |
