This test work has been on my mind..It may seem insignificant, but why would the testing need to be put out for competitive tender?.Gipronickel are experts and I am sure the list of testing companies is small and well known by the likes of RY and Tom..What I come up with is that:1. Somebody wants its tested without Norilsk seeing the results.2. The government is somehow involved of which Tendering is normal practice.3. The government is somehow involved of which they want independent verification.There is something going on here as to why this hasn't been done sooner and now going out for Tender.

Anyone else remember the Gipronickel Institute LLC from some RNS issued by AMC about them doing some analysis ? Is this the same analysis ?

The time frame of that work seems so short.A few days to provide a tender and then 7 weeks to do the testing and return the results..Seems strange that Gipronickel are not performing the work themselves as I thought this was their field of expertise.

Over the last 10 years the BOD have failed to deliver... the deposit is still as far underground today as it was back then... We still do not even have the road built to access the deposit... this is YEARS away from production.
