17/9/2019 20:46 | It's gold but still interesting. | showercubicle
17/9/2019 20:24 | Miners are still hungry for junior acquisitions It is still cheaper for seniors to acquire a smaller mining company than it is to explore themselves, this according to Steve Todoruk, investment executive at Sprott. “The majors are still playing catch-up, starting up their exploration programs in-house themselves, but they’re still a long ways behind so they’re quite relying on what the juniors are doing,” Todoruk told Kitco News on the sidelines of the Precious Metals Summit in Beaver Creek. | showercubicle
17/9/2019 20:22 | As investors we rely so heavily on RY and team to communicate to us on all relevant news on the company. Many have based their decision to invest initially and to add more on news provided to us through RNS's....Investors must NOT be misled in any way as this would be unfair conduct. | ibstar
17/9/2019 18:15 | 16/9/19 AMC share price Down 15% 17/9/19 AMC share price Down 15% Tomorrow SP? Probably down again to sub 2p | james1955
17/9/2019 18:13 | CT, AMC are not in a NDA period, this is daft wisful thinking that you guys have been saying for the last 4 years... give it a rest. Tom just bought £160k, why wasnt he included in the NDA? Only 6 months ago RY, BS, and the rest of the BOD were buying tiny monthly allocations, they wasnt in NDA then. loganair, that sounds about right, they look after number 1, retail shareholders(us) come last. PS, all those saying the recent £160k BOD buy must mean news is due, its more likely the opposite. If a BOD bought £160k and the share price rocketed, it look like insider trading. Therefore NO NEWS is due... Aside from Riverfort Loan Conversion for another 10m-15m shares to drive the share price lower | james1955
17/9/2019 17:57 | Patience is one thing but I feel now that this is just taking the mick....we have years and years of news that scratches the surface and nothing concrete that is share price enhancing. I have been listening to many of RY's interviews over and over again to try and pick up something that gives us a steer of how things are going but what is said and what we officially see is very different. As shareholders we deserve honesty and clear concise information so that we can see precisely how the business is being run. We see to get little snippets of information or what I call teasers but then nothing to follow that up. Eg. Where is Medea, the Strategic partnering plan, Jinchuan? RY please provide an update in these please. | ibstar
17/9/2019 16:57 | Any support for RY after all of his BS and nonsense is borderline insanity. Stockholm syndrome springs to mind... | jackbal
17/9/2019 16:28 | There’s more than one way to skin a cat means there are many ways to do something, there are many ways to achieve a goal. There are are also more than one way to stop share price momentum in its tracks, keeping price low to suit a potential accumulation. | showercubicle
17/9/2019 16:18 | QQR, why are you so desperate to have a NDA proven or not proven?Surely you realise that the whole point of them is that they remain totally undisclosed and that should they become public knowledge they may damage the companies involved and / or undo work that had been done. . Sit tight and stop panicking is my advice | crazytowner
17/9/2019 15:40 | np S0lis, we've tried...One more option would be to contact amc nomad, we can put a letter on this or lse board demanding Nomad to action our concerns and questions. Confirm or deny the NDA, they must comment something on this because it is illegal to hold price sensitive information without have NDA in place. If someone could create an official shareholder letter to amc nomad then anyone who agrees to it could either pm a person who will send it to nomad or just put a comment saying agree. Once this in place it could be used as a signature confirming agreement to raise concern to nomad... | qui quaerit reperit
17/9/2019 14:56 | Brian Savage On Linkedin 2nd sentence in the 2nd paragraph LOLC-Suite Executive and Board Member with successful and broad-based domestic and international mining and metals sector experience, wide ranging relationships, proven leadership skills, strong financial, technical, and operating background. Considerable expertise creating successful ventures in challenging jurisdictions.Superi | patio58
17/9/2019 14:45 | Tad/Brasso/Jackbal It appears there is no appetite on LSE board. RY has just been appointed at the 2018 AGM, so has another 2 years to go. So I think it is a miss. Pity we might have got rid of the lightweight Savage who I believe put us into Crede and done what else ?. | s0lis
17/9/2019 14:44 | I do think the share purchase scheme was a miserable effort, however from memory RY has options on another 3m+ shares at 20p plus so I would argue he is incentivised and I would be very happy if he gains a substantial sum from exercising these! My frustration is about lack of information compounded by poorly worded (intentionally or otherwise) RNS's | inaminute
17/9/2019 14:05 | Look at RY salary then look at his noticeably small shareholding (small considering his length of time in the seat). Also the pathetic bod purchase scheme. RY is full of BS and is incentivised to drag this out. I will happily put my votes and efforts into any motion to remove him and maybe give the assets a fighting chance of finding some value. This has been a very slow moving gravy train for far too long. Blytheweigh the PR people seem to be struggling to answer very simple/straightforwa | jackbal
17/9/2019 13:55 | Solis God idea. I do not have many shares (200k) but would support this. | brasso3
17/9/2019 13:54 | I was thinking about something like this but my English knowledge and location would not be a great assistant in this...:)This is a great idea and I do fully support it.Count me in please - 3.5m shares and a vote not to elect the directors and RY as ceo, apart from Mr Bowens. | qui quaerit reperit
17/9/2019 13:54 | QQR not happy Lol | jrewing3
17/9/2019 13:43 | Tad, I note that R. Schaeffer should not be a director as the last time he was appointed was in Dec 2015, so his 3 year term will have expired last year (this has been discussed before). In addition, B. Savage will be up for reappointment at this year's AGM. I would suggest that to get the board talking to us that we organise a move that we block the reappointment of all Directors (barring Tom Bowens) that are put up for reappointment and once we have enough support we inform the Board of our decision until they start talking to us. Is there support for doing this ? and if so we better start garnering support and volumes. | s0lis
17/9/2019 13:31 | Please can someone enlighten me on RY comments in March of this year and on an RNS. What timescale does he mean?"I look forward to providing a more in depth perspective of the strategic partnering plan in the very near future." | ibstar
17/9/2019 12:59 | C’mon Robin the shareholder concerns need addressing. Please share the real state of the finances and why bucket shops will now only offer sub 1 pence for placing stock? LTH’s are currently paying for your lifestyle choices. | ebomber |
