Lending money to pay interest is a big red flag.

If I had been in RY shoes, a couple of years ago I would have done a 70/30 JV with one of the big miners.

The big miner would have 70% and put up the money to pay for the drilling to find the actual reserves and to take the mine into production while AMC is the junior partner retaining 30%.

Sadly it seems this has already gone by AMC and is now too late...

Ebomber,As you mention, AMC have a world class asset / resource.Being in the Far East is also the right geographical location, with a product that is going to have huge demand in the near future and many years to come. The length of time it takes to bring a mine through exploration is considerable, hence AMC are in a unique position.The NPV recently issued of circa 1 billion is conservative in my opinion as i suspect using the slightly higher forecast Nickel price and updating for the excellent 2018 drilling results will take us closer to 1.5 billion. With the resource still open in multiple directions and possible tie ins on shared smelter 2 billion is possible, and that's before looking at other areas that AMC handed back and will have priority to explore. Full payback of financing was released by AMC a little while ago at 3 to 4 years from recollection. AMC won't be raising construction finance. They will be lining up alternatives / options for whomever buys this world class asset.

How massive is the overhang and as it grows how quickly will the price collapse?

We need some positive news here as the share price continues in its death spiral. Alternatively, sell today and buy back in just a few weeks at sub 1 pence.

With River Fort both selling daily and obliging in lending stock for short positions it is not looking too good at the moment.

In x16 of the last x22 trading days we have seen the share price fall. Says it all really the death spiral AMC is currently experiencing.

Ebomber and his crew have used every moniker to convince people they know what their talking about. I've been here a lot longer and hold.Ask they how many they hold or even held here. If they don't or didn't and haven't every, then you know they are simply here to sabotage your investment

Big red flag for me when you have a Russian / Chinese boiler room gang continuously ramping this stock when it has NO PROSPECT of ever making a profit.

Furthermore, the strong threatening language they use towards those who have an alternative lens.

Best post in some considerable time.

No one is questioning the quality of the world class resource in the ground.

Unfortunately, how much will it cost AMC to exploit the resource to a cashflow positive position?

There is always a trade-off between off takes, farm ins, JV's, tax breaks and loans. That trade-off is dilution.

In the meantime working capital for the next 5, 10 or even 15 years until AMC are in a position to declare a profit. In the event they don't go BUST first!

This is a fantasy AIM company and soon holders will wake up to the nightmare of sub 1 pence.

Had a quick read of the Tern board, it is funny that they come to the AMC thread to try to cause disruption as they can't debate their own investment. They are now even debating AMC over there, lol. My summation is pretty simple, AMC has something that is going to be in huge demand in the future, something that is needed, TERN don't. The muppets who talk about funding the construction have obviously never heard of off takes, farm ins, JVs or properly researched the Tax breaks and government loans in place for precisely projects like AMCs. The exploration stage of a mine life cycle is a long one, but AMC have completed it at the perfect time in my opinion. Right product, right place, right time.

Taken from TDT on Lse, thanks TDT for the info 'Interesting. The share holder list is usually updated the first week of the new month. It has, however, been much later on a few occasions, 23/01/2016, 19/08/2016 and a few months where the update hasn't appeared until the 12th or 13th. If we haven't seen an update by this time next week I'll start to speculate'Maybe Leechang was in fact right with regards to darkpool??? Of curse we don't know but will be very interesting to see updated shareholder list...

No one knows whether RY has news for us or not !! It is just a question of waiting and seeing what happens next. News will come in its own good time.

Well, I have just emailed my Broker not long ago to do a Bed and ISA of my Nominee Account of 560,365 shares. They will do that tomorrow, I hope.
I have to pay the trading costs and the spread. I have requested they transfer all shares and I will pay the spread and trading costs. See what happens tomorrow.
