The event was chaired by the Vice-Governor of Primorsky Krai Konstantin Bogdanenko. "In the general portfolio of projects implemented in the framework of TOR and SPV, the Primorsky Territory occupies a leading position in the FEFD," said Vladimir Pechurchik. - 87% of the total number of projects that are being implemented in the Far East, are being implemented here - in the Primorsky Territory. At the moment, it is 970 residents of TOR and SPV. Their projects can bring to the region investments totaling 1.5 trillion rubles and create jobs for 81 thousand people. "To date, 22 residents of the four territories of priority development, created in the Primorsky Territory, have begun construction work, another 30 are preparing the design and estimate documentation. Already 131 residents of SPV have begun construction, another 100 companies are preparing to start work. Moreover, 8 residents of TOR own projects have already been successfully implemented, launching new enterprises and creating modern jobs, 93 projects have been implemented in the free port of Vladivostok. Thus, at the moment private investments in the amount of 157 billion rubles are already "working" in the region.Starting this year, it will be easier for current and future residents to receive the services of a management company: in the near future, KRDV JSC will open a Center for the support of residents of TOR and SPV."Here, the investor will be helped to fully" pack "the project, develop a business plan and obtain resident status," told Vladimir Pechurchik. - In addition, we plan to provide services for the provision of technical conditions so that this opportunity becomes available not only to residents of the PDA, but also to the free port of Vladivostok. Employees will provide advice and assist in the preparation of documents so that residents of SPV can take advantage of their preferences and get a land plot for rent without competitive procedures. "In addition, on the official website of JSC "Corporation for the Development of the Far East" will soon earn an automated system - "personal account". With this option, residents will be able to receive services of the Corporation, provide reports, monitor the implementation of the project and fulfill their obligations under the agreement. Companies that have not yet received the status of a resident can electronically form a business plan and, in accordance with the requirements of federal legislation, apply for obtaining the status of a TOR or SPV resident.These innovations will help reduce the number of complaints related to the receipt of land plots and restrictions on their use, as well as speed up connections to the infrastructure.

I think we do, may not be 8 convoys as last year but someone will still be on site. There was a job advert not long ago for a bulldozer driver and we will have visitors coming to the site as per last few interviews. And my personal view is that RY found something big and will be doing something more on a site and once a JV/Funding in place the partner/s may want to explore the other area we have had a license for some time ago, nobody else took that license so shouldn't be difficult to reapply for it...

We will get ice road news first me thinks because they must be on a way to Kun Magnier now as temperatures dropped to -12 at nights and -1 -4 in a day so the convoy must be going there now:) and definitely news before April because Amur will be presenting its FLAGSHIP project at International Conference on 17-19 april. And knowing russians very well I won't be surprised if they will call this project the only one in a world and achieved with russian Government help etc :)

The PFS HAS to be delivered by March 31st for so many reasons. Personally if delaying it until nearer that date would allow us to confirm, at the same time, any clearer roadmap to production (funding/JV/national support) after those parties have had time to digest the final draft, I would prefer that than issuing the PFS first. Let's hope it's a 'problem' RY has to think about!

MMs playing a blinder here, trying to trap unsuspecting investors by increasing the spread, increasing the bid but lowering the offer as amc crash to the 1p range, totally unacceptable but it’s what happens in junk stocks like Amc.

Right duxy let's get this straight you spen endless hours on the tern thread copy and pasting off other unreliable threads you post values 12 months out of date , you post company news from other companies that have little to do with tern . Then you wonder why some have come over here , I've researched amc yes huge prospect but not for years and there will be massive dilution before they mine. So with that in mind the fact as of today for amc are no money, no revenue, can't fund the built of a mine. Result no need to invest in the by 2 years. Those that post here including you duxy are underwater . You've failed before you'll fail again. Apologies to the proper amc investors but duxy is no man to trust........
