Ok, back to the real world......What we really need here now is 'thousands' of 'mug punters', who are ' totally clueless' and have never heard of the word Death Spiral, because these are the only type of investors that will buy Riverforts 'soon to be' hundreds of millions of amc shares...when, and only when this dirty deed has been done, can we expect a rise in the share price.

Oh,and yes, I was lying about amc needing around $2million every year just to exist...The 8 members of the amc management team are on £8.32ph,which may not seem a lot here but it goes a long wway in Siberia, plus they get an attractive share scheme thrown in,which, I might add,all board members have taken full advantage of,plus they also get 48 weeks paid holiday every year on the British Virgin Islands...But what I like most about this company is that we're all in it together...shareholders interests are 'fully aligned' with the boards and creating shareholder value in the form capital gain is the boards number 1 priority. These guys have some real skin in the game(just look at their shareholdings) and will be justifiably handsomely rewarded alongside shareholders when the Big T/O finally comes....Roll on the PFS ;-)

Hi Ary, Nice to hear from you again ;)...Yes, of course, it's all lies & tripe what I post, everyone knows that they are on schedule to complete the repayments over the next 2 weeks and they don't still owe £1,000,000 + million at all....And Yes, I was joking about them needing another Death Spiral,we all know Amur are now fully financed up to DFS.They have the £10 to £15 million required from a long-term institutional investor, and no, the share price isn't 2p...it's 22p and even if they did enter another Death Spiral, the share price would rise anyway because of all the good news, that's the way it's always been here,so I don't know why people are getting concerned about the possibility of Amur not being a concern next year because they have finance sorted for the next 2 years whilst they get to DFS....And away with the faires we go.....I mean whoever finally takes this out wants to pay as much as possible, not as little as possible, we all know that. There will be no cheap take over here, make no mistake about that.
Jinchuan always pay around a 50% premium on top of the current share price (fact) when they take a junior out....Anyway, I can't wait for the PFS,watch the share price zoom up to 3.5p before Riverfort start dumping 10s then hundreds of millions of unwanted amc shares into the market.

Riverfort have got Amc by the balls now and they will squeeze hard. Amur cannot repay the £1+million outstanding loan that is due shortly and they need an other loan on top of this for the annual £1.5million wage bill and £500,000 costs to remain listed.

It's a nightmare scenario for shareholders...it doesn't take much working out to see that starting off a new death spiral at 2p,without completing the last one does not bode well for the future of the share price.

The PFS will do nothing to increase the share price because Riverfort will be relentlessly selling 10's of millions of unwanted share s into all & any buying volume.

Having lost 94%, a new Death Spiral is about to begin for the remaining 2p.This has to be one of the most depressing shares I have ever seen in over 20 years investing.Everyone knows there is no chance it can ever rise whilst the Death Spiral Brigade are dumping and depressingly, they will be around for a few more years yet.

I would be amazed if this does not trade sub 1p on the next Death Spiral.

Anyone here got any sensible thoughts on the next round of finance?

Good to see some activity returning today after being very quiet yesterday.

Just 35 trading days remaining until the end of the 1st quarter. Wouldn't surprise me to see things hotting up here now.

Good luck all holders. :)

'Investors following battery metals should study closely the nickel market dynamics which, while complex, yield a unique and potentially profitable way to play the adoption of the electric vehicle and roll out of energy storage systems.'

Exactly.

Hmm,Yes, something's definately brewing here ?...I mean why has the selling stopped ? Do they know something ?...Well, somebody must knows something because some investors stumped up £76 & £461 today......but now back to the real world...Its impossible to sell in size when there are no buyers, simple.
No buyers = sellers can't sell !
