Hi Solis

I will have a good read of what you posted. I believe the company that we have a LOI with is IG Copper. I'm not sure if you are aware but they are/have been bought out by a Russian Copper company as per this article...

hxxps://equity.guru/microposts/ig-copper-sells-malmyzh-project-via-share-deal/

I don't know if the transaction has completed yet but I did flag this up at the time as I was interested to see if anyone else thought that because of the supposed synergies that we could have with the Gold/copper deposit if perhaps the Russian Copper company or whoever this actually is may be interested in what we have at Kun-Manie. I found it interesting that RY started to talk about copper concentrate etc last year which could of course be a coincidence.

Any thoughts on this?

I've been looking at the variations in the quoted metal prices trying to make some sense out of them. Have a look at

At the bottom they have the price for nickel sulphate as mid 24,000 yuan per tonne @ 22% NiS. This converts to US$ 7.16/lb or about a 40% increase over the LME nickel prices. Looks good for when we have the joint venture in 2-3 years with the copper/gold company that is a bit behind us in their development.

Hi Solis

Thanks for your reply. I have just had another look through the last few RNS and you could be right.

From 5th Nov RNS...

"Final analytical results generated by Alex Stewart Laboratories ("ASL") are now available for all but the last five drill holes. Once available and the data base is fully compiled and verified, the Company can initiate the update to the March 2018 MRE. External check assaying by SGS Minerals is underway. Final analytical results are anticipated to be available Q1 2019."

We also know that the PFS is expected in Q1 so a mid Q1 timeframe is entirely possible.

This is AMC though so anything could happen. :)

Hi noloss

Last year they announced on the 9th but added the following " -- The 2017 drill information is under review by RPM Global ("RPM") to confirm the best approach to update the MRE in early 2018. " and " To optimise production of this mineral, a trade off study on the two mining methods is planned."

I think we are too close to the PFS for them to only give us part of the picture. I suspect that they are still waiting for both the above which will be incorporated into the PFS and with what they have found it sounds as if there is a total re-evaluation of optimising the best production plan.

I don't think we will see anything till mid Feb at the earliest but WTFDIK.

Hi Solis

I thought we might have had some news by now regarding the final results from last years drilling. What do you think?

Interesting acceleration in LME stock reduction. 6,900T in last week alone. At that rate stocks will be under 100,000 within 14 weeks.

The longer RY delays the PFS the higher the spot Ni price will be.

Edit: Oops just read the LSE BB. Catching up as have been v. busy. Pls ignore

The sharp slow down in China will have a big effect on the already over supply as more mines are marked for closure, zero chance of this project going in production, just stringing it along here with zero value imo

It has been well publicised that AMC are falling to new record lows, could be as soon as this week, no true “show us your money” investment has ever been made here, the project could cost in excess of 1 billion $ imo

D extension after 78% pull back from rise of 55% A fortnight ago should see this take out 5.5p in coming days. Fundamentals drive it now so expecting an announcement from RY shortly.

Day after day AMC falls, today it's 8%. The silence is indeed deafening especially on that other BB. They are still ramping this dog 24/7.

The massive slow down in China will have the biggest effect on mining, few more closures to come yet never mind the colossal spending to develop a new one imo

Hi mkrpan

It would appear as though Riverfort are selling according to the number of buys vs sells in a given day. So when we have a day where buys exceed sells by a good margin then they sell a few against that difference.

You are right though they do not appear to be in a hurry. They get a better return in a rising share price.

Perhaps with the expected news flow they are happy to plod along for now.

Does anyone have any reliable assessment on how soon (and how aggressive) after the admission to LSE AMC's creditors dumped their shares on the market after the previous conversions? Is there any significant difference in the pattern visible (it sure does not seem that the creditors would be in a hurry to drop those 13 mill shares after January 8th)?
