08/1/2019 19:18 | Not so sure about what? I did say PFS. We are no longer in the exploration phase. We are firmly in the engineering and design phase which will include the necessary outputs for a TEO and BFS if required. | nolosstillsell
08/1/2019 19:11 | PFS due this quarter, sooner rather than later in my opinion. What documents are required for funding will depend on where it is coming from. This was mentioned in the FAQs in 2017 I think. | crazytowner
08/1/2019 18:55 | Not so sure noloss, thought AMC are waiting for PFS? PFS is only + - 20-30% accurate in costs and not normally suitable and accurate enough for banks etc to lend on,BFS or DFS is + - 10-15% and includes a lot more engineering and design works than a PFS, please correct me if I’m wrong but I’m sure AMC are going to deliver a PFS soon and not BFS? 08/1/2019 17:22 | Yep we have gone from exploration to pre production engineering and design work now. PFS due any day this quarter. | nolosstillsell
08/1/2019 16:56 | Thank you, “environmental studies are underway” so started the process of obtaining license in 2018 I take it. Thanks again. | twigs3
08/1/2019 16:47 | Hi Twigs3, it is in a process as per below:February 2018, NEDRADV. CJSC Kun-Manyer (part of Amur Minerals Corporation) expects to launch a copper-nickel ore processing plant in 2022 on the basis of the Kun-Manye deposit in the Amur Region. This was at a meeting with representatives of the regional Ministry of Economics and the Amur Investment Agency reported the leadership of Kun-Manyer.According to Randol Lewis, the head of Amur Minerals Corporation's Russian projects, the plant's capacity will be 6 million tons of ore per year."For such a large project, it is planned to build more than 300 km of roads to connect the field and the existing transport infrastructure," explained Randolph Lewis.Currently, the subsoil user is completing detailed exploration at the field. In particular, core drilling, hydrogeological and environmental studies are underway. Also at the moment the company buys for work the necessary technical equipment. In 2019, we are planning to start building a road from Kun-Manye to BAM with a length of 320 km.REFERENCEThe license for the development of the Kun-Manyer polymetallic deposit in the Amur Region belongs to the subsidiary Amur Minerals Corporation CJSC "Kun-Manyier" since June 2015. The license is valid until July 2035 | qui quaerit reperit
08/1/2019 16:14 | Thanks but not what I’m looking for that’s just standard stuff on any company website. AMC will have to get environmental licence, see below. All installations in Russia are subject to permitting, regardless of their size, nature or environmental impact. Under Russian law, all draft legislation and decrees that could have environmental impacts must themselves be submitted for an environmental ‘expertizaR Prior to 1985, there was no formal EIA process in the USSR. Environmental impacts of selected major activities (e.g., projects and plans) were appraised by various sectoral expert committees or expertizas. Attempts to introduce EIA in the USSR and, then, in Russia, have led to the development of two distinctive regulatory concepts which are in practice today: the concept of the State Environmental Expertise (SEE or gosudarstvennaya ekologisheskaya expertiza); and the concept of the Assessment of Environmental Impacts (OVOS or otcenka vozdeistvija na okruzhajushuju sredu). In 1989, the Supreme Soviet (Parliament) issued a law which made the initiation of projects which had not passed the SEE unlawful. The SEE process continues to be regulated by the Ministry of Ecology’s SEE Regulations (1993). These regulations require all developers to submit the project, plan or programme documentation to the Federal or Provincial SEE Departments (SEEDs). SEEDs checks whether each activity meets the environmental requirements. The SEED may hire individually licensed experts or expert teams in order to assist the SEED to carry out the SEE. The developer is required to cover the cost of the SEE. The outcome of the SEE process is the so-called ‘SEE Resolution’,47 which may be positive or negative. For example, if the SEE Resolution relating to the relevant project, plan or programme | twigs3

08/1/2019 12:56 | Hi Twigs, I am sure AMC has that,I remember looking at that. We are going back quit a while now,so I am very sorry I can't be too sure what year it was. There was a RNS regarding permission for water usage and also the environmental impact assessment license being approved by the Russian Gov. I am very sorry can't help you more then that. ATB. | callmebwana
08/1/2019 11:41 | CMB. That's me going short, the leverage return on that will be half a million when this trades to ZERO lol | plat hunter
08/1/2019 11:33 | Callmebwana, looking through previous RNS of amc can’t seem to find notice of environmental impact assessment license being approved is this the case? as a lot of work also needs to be done to satisfy the environmental agency before any mining could commence. If it has point me in the right direction, thanks | twigs3
08/1/2019 09:41 | Come on now !! Who out of this lot made a sale of 2083 shares for £74.47. Desperation setting in ??? Bedsit rent due?? LOL :0) | callmebwana

08/1/2019 08:22 | Roofus, you've even managed to surpass your normal levels of stupidity today. Pure genius !! | flugelhorn
08/1/2019 06:57 | So AMC are looking for an easy get out of this mess they are in, a take over of a company needing at least $1 billion just to do the infrastructure alone not forgetting it’s in far flung Russia in a mining commodity that has fallen disastrously over the last few years with over supply imo ! This project could well ruin a multi company never mind a bunch of chances like AMC that do finance share issues just to keep the lights on but not for much longer imo R2 | roofer2
07/1/2019 17:16 | No one knows whether we are going to be a T/O or a J/V junior partner. All I know is that the BOD were, very very quite over the summer period !! Why ?? Is the $64 question ?? Any thing could have been agreed behind closed doors. I am 99% sure the BOD were under NDA during that time. Another question is why the PFS has been delayed ?? I remember RY saying to Noloss "Santa called in the summer!!" That was when Noloss asked RY whether Santa would call at Christmas ? For Noloss posted that on here. Now was RY referring to the drilling results, or something indeed has been agreed behind closed doors.Either way I have been topping up my share holding. Time will answer the question this Qt1. IMHO. ATB. | callmebwana
07/1/2019 16:48 | Lol hail duxy look st the chart downtrend still in place , lots more dilution any new investors pls wait it will get cheaper before anything else .... | tialouise

07/1/2019 14:27 | According to IG, 97% are long of 50 - 250 users. I think we are all aware who are short.AMC anticipated to be breakeven at $5lb, circa $1.2bn NPV at $7.50lb, with a future Nickel forecast of circa $10.5lb this could be $3bn NPV.So many other huge positives here that new investors can research. Exclusivity agreement within 6 months, takeover this year above 75p per share, in my opinion. To those that followed Duxy here from Tern board, if do some research, you'll probably find this is better investment, otherwise grow up. | crazytowner
07/1/2019 14:22 | LME Nickel Stock is 206100-TON This month. The daily price has jumped a bit to $5.0130/Lb today. It all depends on what the USA and China agree in their trade talks. If they come to some sort of an arrangement then I can see the price of base metals and resource stocks going up. It would be of no reward for either party to play poker in these negotiations at this stage. But Trump likes to play chicken !! See what news we get in the next couple of days. I have also been watching HZM, they need for Nickel price to be over$14K a TON. Where as AMC is working on $7.5 a lb.HZM shsres have jumped over 2P today. I am not a holder there. They have Nickel Laterite where as AMC as most know have Nickel Sulfide. EV batteries need close to 50KG of Nickel per battery. You just need to be patient here. As Wood Macanzie have forecat a Nickel Price of $28,700 for the year 2022. Also Rick Rule from SPROT has said in his recent video the Discoverers are way under valued at the moment. Both these are very prominent experts in Base Metals. DYOR. I hope this makes you feel a little better Mike ?? | callmebwana |
