On the contrary, I used to deal with directors of large financial (banks and credit card companies) before I retired from commercial life at the end of 1999.

Establishing communications with directors of quoted or unquoted companies in this country is relatively easy. Government officials in the Far East of bureaucratic Russia is a different matter.

I didn't see your posts to which you refer, so I'm at a disadvantage.

Let me guess, they are long term investors like lansteed and crede, how did crede get their warrants, not by a share price rise that’s for sure!!! Imo

Like I've said,I am not going to prof you anything.You can believe it or not,but your doubts are showing me that you never had to deal with anyone in Director level hence it is so strange for you,to refresh your memory ( if you was reading any of my posts),some time ago I have posted a link so called "secret" link,you can not open the information,and I filled in a form,I have also advised everyone about it and few days ago I have received a replay from one of Directors,so what I've done...picked a phone and dialed a number on a replay I received...really simple isn't it...

Roofer - don't know why I see your posts because I've filtered you some time ago,must be I've missed you so much that unfiltered you without realizing it:)
Ok,at some point you was right saying the share price will drop,agree on that.
Now,do you realize the difference between now and 3 or 6 years ago,how much work done,russian government involved,JV with Jichuan ( and Jichuan plans for Nickel etc )we are very close to PFS,we have ... I didn't wanted to talk about this but if already said something I will add that I had recently conversation with one of Far East Fund directors and it was a positive discussion,you can believe it or not,I am not here to prof something,to make sure - there were no details disclosed,no inside info given,nothing like this,just a positive conversation about development of the area.
Did RY made a mistake with todays deal,I don't know,do I think he did - no.
There are no open short positions on Amur,you can easy check it yourself...

tadastadska, we have all this before with landsteed then crede, they seem to short the stock, making profit that way imo

We have had Madidiot Duxy amongst others telling us to hang on for the so called £1 party in 3years, that was 6 years ago now!

If AMC was a horse it would have been shot years ago imo !!! Gla

Bwana,I meant 18p because they can get shares at 9p so they will be looking to double the profit,may be wrong,but the fact is 9p so lets wait and see what will take us to 9p:)I still remain with my target of over 20p in 6-12 months and a magic £1 in a next 5 years.

Yes Mad!,I've tried to say this in a morning,but nobody listen to me,they will need to get the share price to at least 18p,and this may be a case I've asked a question a few hours ago,it says certain milestones...

Folks, worth bearing in mind something also......The maximum the investor can own from an equity perspective is 24.99% of the company. So they would need to recoup their $10m from 225m ish shares in that scenario (we have 680m or so in circulation), as presumably the warrants would be worthless. Do the maths! This is not a death spiral. Our lender expects to make money on warrants, requiring price appreciation

Agree with you Bwana,me too not selling anything,added more yesterday ( shame could have waited till today:)) but today just couldn't say no to myself and added more:)
Holding now nearly 2m of these...looks like yesterdays article from Russian government to finance 30% has been forgotten,I do believe we will get good news in a next 4-6 weeks,Robin likes to put bad news ( can't really say this is bad news,but everyone got own opinion about this) and good news after...so waiting and will see..
