How can anyone call a stay of execution very positive? I wonder what the terms were? strange that they didn't share that with us? must have been very good.....oh silly me.....then they would have told us about the fantastic terms.... : )

Finance is in place for an additional 6 months, a stay of execution. Nothing more
Still no GSA
Still no funds to drill NT-2 which has an obligation to drill by 30th June 2015

I did note this part, (the Board of the Company has a reasonable expectation that an initial part of such a facility would be available prior to the commencement of production and will not be conditional on signature of the GSA in Tanzania or commencement of production.)

and this part, which just goes to show how important that CPR was.

"Re-financing options have been assisted by the results of the recently completed Competent Persons Report, which attributed 28 BCF (gross) Contingent Resource to Kiliwani North gas field and 70 BCF (gross) Contingent Resource to the Ntorya gas discovery. The Company expects to book reserves for Kiliwani North on signing a GSA and the commencement of production."

ngms27 was calling the top of the Ascent spike perfectly back in 2011. I decided to listen to him and made myself tens of thousands as I got out of a large position in Ast on the way up.

Have you ever heard the song, tomorrow never comes?
We have been looking every morning for the past 18 months for the signed GSA.

Lets hope there is a way TPDC can guarantee payments for any gas given Orca's failure to achieve payments due and Wentworths clause in their GSA. Why didn't AEX just sign a GSA with the same clause as Wentworth?
