10/2/2015 19:14 | Looking further into Hoifu Energy, is interesting to note that their Deputy Exec Chairman is Neil Bush, son of George H.W. Bush and brother of George W. Now, think what you will of the Bush family's politics, they are royal blood when it comes to the oil industry. I'm sure Neil wouldn't be messing around with a company with no potential. Here's hoping we get an update on our Egypt assets soon, bc a find there would provide a much needed boost of free cash flow! Vike | vike1

10/2/2015 16:18 | Quote of the day: Fundamentals Strong How are the fundamentals strong when Aminex face a funding crisis within weeks? Even if the GSA is signed they are still going to be cash flow negative if the latest accounts are anything to go by. So where's the monies coming from for the required Nytora drill by June 30th 2015 never mind the rig contract and availability. I'd therefore say the Fundamentals are week and this is a punt share end of. | ngms27

10/2/2015 15:35 | BB - it has simply hit a level where the traders start to pile put again.....jmo. | thecynical1
10/2/2015 15:34 | blackgold...loophole or not....it is standard practice.....the director's give themselves options with a mad strike price ( normally easily achievable if things go halfway well ) so they don't need to actually cough up any cash to buy shares..... : ) get with it man....this is an old game! : ) | thecynical1
10/2/2015 15:31 | jacks.....call their broker! : ) | thecynical1

10/2/2015 14:15 | I can relax then blackgold, the gsa isn't going to be signed 'quite quickly'. I thought for a moment there that there was going to be a bit of a hurry-up! | jacks13
10/2/2015 13:50 | so directors/companies can give (price changing inside information) to placees for them to take advantage and invest in the company, but the directors and NEDs of such a company would themselves be prohibited to take advantage of such price changing info. hmm is there loophole here somewhere? | blackgold00
10/2/2015 13:34 | "The option on the second tranche expires after 30 days" after the signing of the GSA. | blackgold00
10/2/2015 13:30 | The option on the second tranche expires after 30 days. Does that mean the gsa will be signed 'quite quickly'?! | jacks13
10/2/2015 13:22 | have they raised the money to finance the initial purchase or is there a question mark over that as well? I'd assume they've raised the cash for the first tranche, or at least are know where it would come from, since they have committed to that. Fair to assume that cash for part 2 remains to be raised, and as ngms says they are presumably relying on finding it easier to raise it after the GSA is signed. Peter | greyingsurfer
10/2/2015 13:11 | Good answer cynical but like blackgold I'd like to know how I join the queue to be approached etc. | jacks13
10/2/2015 13:06 | Blackgold - it is hardly a new concept? if you are approached about a placing / fundraising, you are told ( or you should be told ) that you are now effectively "on the inside" until such time as announcement is made. | thecynical1 |
