If the Claimant's compensation becomes overwhelming and Amigo need cash then James would be very willing to lend them the money.

One condition would be Roger Lovering's scalp.
Another could be the tearing up of "The Agreement".

If it was a Placing then James would get his shares back at a favourable price.

The 10,000 share clips are only a big order split into 10,000, quite a few of those have been mine today as part of a bigger orders

The last four days on average we have traded 10% of the entire share capital.

I expect there has been lots of tiny CFDs, Put Options & Shorts but they don't amount to much.

With this sort of extremely big volume and only 4.7 million Being JB what else is going on? They can't sustain this 40 to 50,000,000 trading volume each day as 10% is getting traded every day??

A lot of shorters do not declare as they keep it below 0.5%.

In fact the numbers could be very high.

Milkshakes......short positions do not sell shares, they "borrow" them, you cannot sell what you do not own!

When Amigo release their results they should give details on the number of Complainants (successful or otherwise), the percentage of successful Complainants and the average size of the compensation.

Failing that we'll be in the dark for sometime.

Look at the order everyday the same.

Load sell side at this time after they spiked the share price.

The 4.75m block average will be closer to 13p.

Shorters sold millions above 13p too.

Most likely now hammering down to strengthen their position.


There's a possibly gap will be close by end of the day.
