It has to keep operating until it completes its Court Ordered obligations are completed, so at least September.

Also there is considerable value in C/F Tax Losses (hundreds of millions over the last few years). More value than in the current M/Cap to a similar listed loan business or similar one looking to list on the cheap.

Dear Citizens

That's it, a big spread to deter buyers. Now MMs signalling game is over for people who bought in the dead cat bounce and did not sell.

Another Chinaman good share being extinguished, live.

Only shorters buying now, to close their position rather than waiting for six months.

shorters being allowed to close their positions against all the sellers, MMs making some dosh from an orderly death of the company (no instant suspension)

I'm looking to speak with any shareholders for a piece today on the announcement (for a London business paper) - happy to do anonymously if anyone is keen to chat.

Dear All

Chinaman, the big-time loser, said this was his best share in May 2022, at 12p.

Then his best of 2023.

By the looks of it, China has hundreds of -99% losses.

The Big UGLY UKIP Prof from Sutton said he would flatten Chinaman, for putting his wife's picture on ADVFN. He has six brothers (all ugly as himself) looking for Chinaman.

Yours,

HRH Prof, Ph.D, MBA,MPhil, MSc.,MSci, MA, BA Hons, BSc (Hons), BEng (Hons), BASc, LLB, 18 A Levels,29 O-Level, 57 GCE.

A lot of short positions closing which could drive it back to 1p or higher.

Could still be rescued by the FCA who will now be seen as failing Creditors Due Compensation as redress will now be far less than in a continuing scheme.
Today's announcement could even be designed to highlight this fact and make them think again?
Stranger things have happened.
Accordingly some could think this worth a punt at 1p or less.
My small recent (sub 2p) punt is just a fraction of what I made just after the board changes a couple of years ago when it jumped to 20p+, so not a huge concern.

I made nearly £60K on that dead cat on Lond, from 0.26p to 4p, about 4k punt. I had nearly 1% of the company.
