OBA 29th May 4,414 - at least, it didn't fall that much from a day before (4,508)!

Let's hope that it stays at this level since it means that we are now close to a total of 7,000 (incl. Indico & Mariposa).

Not sure why folk are getting so excited about an infill well.... drill, complete if warranted, test it, then hook it up & announce a regular production rate with the Sol result...

As they didnt tell us they spudded the plat well, they prob wont tell us if its a duster or not. Guess we will have to wait until until the year end accounts or the AGM 2020!

Think it’ll be a little longer before 3rd party crude is moving through the OBA as blend needs to be fine-tuned. Next ops update will provide the info we need. Of more significance is the OBA approval itself, which signals a positive future for AMER in the Putumayo Basin generally. Govt support is an absolute pre-req and having OXY alongside doubly good.

I expect great things from AMER over the next 2-3 years.

At the same time anticipate growing tensions and shocks in the Middle East to weigh heavily on oil markets and for there to be ongoing and potential significant supply disruption via Hormuz. Iran have little to lose and emboldened with Russian backing (putting it politely) they could be about to make a proper nuisance of themselves!

ski, I think they say 30 days to drill and 10 for testing. So not that overdue if at all. Going up about 700/800 barrels since the day before they are at 4500 now which is good for now. Although would be nice to get over 5000 per day now

It's Platanillo-26 that is overdue!

On 14th May, we were told "The well is drilling ahead at 7,800ft with a target depth of 9,350ft." So, on that date it was already 83% ready. Since then, 16 days have passed for the remaining 17%!! As wells usually take around 35-40 days to drill, there might be something wrong imo.

This could either be that the well is another duster (unlikely as it is a development well, not exploration) or maybe that on 14th May, it was not 7,800ft but much less! With AMER's BOD, one never knows!

Sol-1 spudded 11 May. Other CPO-5 wells have taken 38 days+. So w/c 17 Jun at earliest.
