06/12/2017 17:52 | It’s time the BoD took a salary cut or suspended their income all together until they pay a dividend. The current share price makes one wonder how connected some of the directors are when they seemed to orchestrate a series of director share buys a few months ago. How many others are up for getting a move going to rid ourselves of the chairman. I’ve never thought much of him and it is unfortunate that as each year passes that negativity just deepens. | sharesure4
06/12/2017 17:49 | ..or the mug?. | bryet
06/12/2017 16:49 | 15p is a nice target , then a 33% profit for the brave. | jotoha2
06/12/2017 16:34 | This is so undervalued investors are panicking and selling out. 15p soon and then 10p unless the company can pull a rabbit out of the hat. Directors buying have already shot their load. | dodge city
06/12/2017 15:59 | No Xmas present coming here just got to sit tight and hope that dodge isn't right but more chance of 15p than 21p I would think. | bryet
06/12/2017 15:10 | all my watched oil/gas shares are down recently.. nobody is interested, doom and gloom everywhere. Sentiment will return, it always does.. Time now to just look at your portfolio, see if your happy, and hunker down till next year... cant see a 'santa rally' this year, times ticking on. | currypasty
06/12/2017 15:09 | Looks like this is going back to 15p. | dodge city
06/12/2017 15:08 | dream on... Ouch! Did 18p just pop! Where's marne when you need him sigh.... | boris cobaka
06/12/2017 15:00 | What would set cat amongst pigeons was if next RNS re RH holding showed an increase. | foiledagain
06/12/2017 14:54 | Of course the doomsters are out in force as are shorters and likely some working for them. They all know it’s undervalued but all know the status of RHs holding which is a criticism I have aired of the BoD who seem to be assisting indirectly. That’s why good news does nothing and why level of disclosed shorts persist. However this is nothing to do with fundamentals so as frustrating as it may be it’s of little concern to LTH. The more shorts the more shares w eventually have to cover and you can bet city knows from day to day what RH position is but sooner rather than later shorts/shares outstanding will be as great as RH remaining number of shares. As ever though it’s a false market with the City being able to feast on worried, leveraged or STH but then perhaps Amerisur have no real benefit in too much good news? | foiledagain
06/12/2017 14:41 | Rex will be pleased.... | boris cobaka
06/12/2017 13:47 | Well, at least there are two further drilling operations planned by ONGC-Videsh for COP-5, with the first currently being prepared, going by their recent tender for drill tubing. The more Amerisur can cream off from ONGC's efforts in the COP-5 field, in parallel to its own programme, the better. Even with a conservative outlook, there is plenty to come on both fronts. | davwall
06/12/2017 13:00 | Rex is a great excuse for a falling share price. | dodge city
06/12/2017 12:43 | Boris everyone knows about Rex It's not exactly a secret | eddie_yates
06/12/2017 12:08 | SOL figs out for November. Amer has seen an increase from 1.52% in October to 1.63% for November which is roughly in stock terms is 17.8mil to just over 19mil on loan. Understandable considering the situation here with RH. | boris cobaka
06/12/2017 12:06 | Dodge are you invested here? | eddie_yates
06/12/2017 11:42 | I was referring to their web site | lucyp00p
06/12/2017 09:54 | The company is lucky CPO-5 came in otherwise this would already be in single figures. | dodge city
06/12/2017 09:51 | GC companies not doing well broadly: IRON - mired in financing negotiations, seemingly indefinitely. SMA - Suspended, reverse takeover fallen through, only a couple of months left until de-listed. KENV - Same old same old really, but in my view they've hired a narcissist to run the operation. His interviews are obnoxious, yet the detail that matters is still missing. | al101uk
06/12/2017 09:14 | It does genuinely seem like the board don't give two hoots about the sp, perhaps they will when for whatever reason it suits them! | 3roach
06/12/2017 09:06 | what is the company doing about drumming up interest in the share? Sweet FA! | tsmith2
06/12/2017 07:38 | Lucy. You are incorrect. ONGC get updated as first line operator. They then notify Amerisur So news coming about CPO-5 comes from the operator to Amerisur, and from Amerisur to shareholders. You only have to look at our RNS's, even on 21/11/17 "The operator of the Mariposa discovery in the CPO-5 block has informed the Company that the initial phase of the Long Term Test (LTT) of the Mariposa-1 discovery commenced on 18 November. " Its no big deal, but CPO-5 might be as big potential with 198,000hectares and that could be a big deal, but again the Operator is ONGC VIdesh and that is where news to Amerisur comes from via ANH as regulating Colombian authority. The exciting point about CPO-5 is that Mariposa-1 was in a known oil prolific region, but that the campaign was under drilling and discovered light oil, which will guide any new drilling on CPO-5. As ONGC are on a different exchange with different rules they may not have the same requirements to notify personally, but they still have to notify partners, and partners then have to notify in accordance with whatever exchange rules they operate under. | foiledagain
