26/7/2017 15:54 | I'm on the train to London. Who's coming to the wake? | lucyp00p
26/7/2017 14:59 | Over the coming years the oil price is only going one way due to the lack of capital investment since the oil price dip. Someone posted an excellent article on this. What will our share price be when we're pumping 20k a day in 2019 at a much higher oil price? | acv74
26/7/2017 14:04 | Foiled... it may just be the pumping problems, at the end of the day they ain't pumping what they said they could which means less profit hence downgrade. Once that gets sorted we will rise for sure. Oil heading northwards nicely also | juuunx2
26/7/2017 10:49 | For all these ANALysts to downgrade and some for the second time, they must be aware of something which causes them to downgrade and I doubt its price of oil. Still reckon its progress of someone's sell off, as the City would have that information easily available and so would Amerisur and as yet still no official holding announcement from Rex | foiledagain
26/7/2017 10:21 | They got the direction of the price of oil wrong (much negativity on last Friday, the date of the note). If it was a change of any other factor, not in the public domain, that would be a hanging offence. Obviously, all the notes dated pre Mariposa have the potential of being misleading: it was a great find by Lucy last week confirming that behind the scenes, that "discovery" is being steadily progressed. | charlieeee
26/7/2017 10:05 | "Amerisur Resources plc (LON:AMER) had its price objective lowered by Peel Hunt from GBX 25 ($0.33) to GBX 20 ($0.26) in a research note released on Friday morning" anyone got a link to this.. or know why the price downgrade ? | currypasty
26/7/2017 09:58 | Oil looking stronger now....also usage should start to increase after the summer! | laptop15
26/7/2017 09:24 | Cheers Dave | eddie_yates
26/7/2017 09:02 | My understand was/is that Amer was using the SOTE pipeline in Ecuador which was suffering from the bottlenecking with only 10k bopd capacity. The OCP has a much bigger capacity at 260k. | bigwavedave
26/7/2017 07:43 | Asked to remove posting pending reply | foiledagain
26/7/2017 07:31 | bigwave. Thanks for the link. | foiledagain
26/7/2017 04:52 | Hi Dave Where did you hear/ read about pipeline improvements? | eddie_yates
26/7/2017 01:02 | There have been some recent changes/improvements to the Ecuadorian pipeline system. Might be of benefit here. We shall see. | bigwavedave
25/7/2017 21:38 | ...and a bit more Ace. WTI now up 4.5% to $48.4 after big draw in US stocks. | bigwavedave
25/7/2017 18:16 | "While the bearish thesis has yet to play out, moments ago Anadarko poured cold water on US energy investors after it missed earnings badly, reporting a Q2 EPS loss of 77c, more than double the 33 cent loss expected. However, what was far more concerning to shale bulls (and perhaps oil bears), is that the company admitted that it can no longer support its capital spending budget, and it would cut its 2017 capital budget by $300 million, becoming the first major U.S. oil producer to do so, as a result of depressed oil prices. In March, Anadarko had forecast total 2017 capex of $4.5 billion to $4.7 billion, a continuation of the recent CapEx rebound which troughed in Q3 2016." | harrisun
25/7/2017 18:12 | The share price has took a pounding over the last couple of months. What's going on, why is the seller still selling? I just hope we're not in for bad news. We need information and not just before an AGM, so board members can keep their positions. | dayway123
25/7/2017 16:27 | Why indeed? Perhaps ONGC Videsh want to charge us $26 to use their pipes. | lucyp00p
25/7/2017 14:29 | Would be nice if the seller took a slow boat to China. | dayway123
25/7/2017 12:52 | Should not be long before we get an update just hope when it comes it's good news. | bryet
25/7/2017 12:19 | I'm quite surprised the share price has held up reasonably given the big sells this morning, albeit it's already a rubbish price. | davwall
25/7/2017 12:10 | Hopefully looking for something to do once amer has been sold | meneither2
25/7/2017 11:14 | Wardle is busy filling his boots with IRON. Now owns 7% of the company. A shame he doesn't buy any AMER... | bigwavedave |
