reticent to post as last time it was greeted with personal attacks

i questioned why Amerisur were not using their registrars to inform holders and his comment was 'would you if you could make a bundle!'

Still never surprise me for Giles to deflect criticism by announcing an offer received for the company and these games the preamble with what looks like a disgruntled major holder not even offering or being given the option of having their shares bought en bloc at a much higher price some time ago and distributed amongst willing buyers which normally happens.

Who spotted the fat finger yesterday? Classic. 50K down the tube - Whoops. Looks like a few are loading up for real though. Must be last orders at these levels, for sure. Expecting a decent shift upwards next week.

New purchases

I have replaced the five sales with the following recent purchases:

Amerisur Resources (AMER)) – oil exploration and production in Colombia and Paraguay. I’ve held and sold this stock before but have just bought back since it looks ludicrously cheap. Now producing 5,000 barrels of oil per day, 7,000 by year end and 20,000 by 2019, with an operating cost reducing to $15 per barrel and sitting on $40 million cash. Revenue for 2018 forecast at $136 million for $50 million pre-tax profit and P/E (price-to-earnings ratio) of 9.

Usually with a rollover, they transact virtually simultaneously and at a fractional additional cost on the "repurchase" (that cost £46.5K and was 4 hours apart).

The matched sale suggestion seems more likely.

At nearly 1% of the company in a single transaction, explanation is needed: perhaps we may get a holdings RNS.

This whole situation is quite unacceptable, wherein company performance has dramatically improved along with oil prices and yet the market cap is down by nearly a third, basically due to a rigged market (and some taking advantage of information not disclosed to the public at large: after all, if that was a rollover, who would speculate £2m, without reliable inside information?)

A 9m roll? Hard to believe but if the case then they'll sell at first sign of a profit. Big bucks about for sure. Seems like the 'sell in may and buy back at Leger day' already about. Gla

Ukip are coming to the fore in England without a doubt but snp will struggle with euro sceptic yes voters in scotland. Labour are going to do far better than media give notice. Can a new gov null and void Brexit decision if on their manifesto?

Seller still toying around, it's become a saga. Whoever it is, is only punishing the Pi and needs to move on.

9.3 million was a rollover imo that's why the share price didn't barely move either way

There has been no "left wing" in this country for decades. This is just another complete myth dreamed up by those at the top in order to discredit anyone with socialist or liberal leanings.

Let's look at it logically, if there was any "left wing" we wouldn't be sitting with one of the biggest pay gaps in the western world or living in a society where people are sleeping rough all over our major towns and cities or where large numbers of "working" people require to use food banks in order to feed themselves and their families.

Meanwhile many of our Execs are walking away with multi millions p/a even when they've failed and for some even when they've committed crimes...........
