16/3/2017 10:54 | Can anyone tell me the production levels of the fields we have acquired? | gtfcniles
16/3/2017 10:44 | Interesting news but not worthy of comment around here it seems. Oh well! Back to terra australisQ | quidnunc
16/3/2017 10:42 | PUT-9 looks the best in terms of proximity to the OBA. Borders the northeast of Platanillo, and north of PUT 12 which extends down to the river. Big chunk of land around the pipeline now. | bigwavedave
16/3/2017 10:37 | Shrewd acquisitions........ | mintington
16/3/2017 10:34 | The cynic in me says that pumping problems effectively shut down the prospect of cheaper third party transport causing more distress to the neighbouring producers and creating a great buying opportunity. But are we that clever? | lucyp00p
16/3/2017 10:24 | Shrewd strategic strike - not the move of a company weighed down with major problems. | somnus101
16/3/2017 10:20 | Hi Trotting - since i bought these they have just gone down, bad timing I guess. Perhaps it will turn now. Hope you are good. Tarz | starzerus
16/3/2017 10:11 | Production held back ,,,,whilst tyre kicking these new. Blocks ??? | trotting12
16/3/2017 09:47 | OK, not been following in detail only the chart. Amer was like a bank to me way back. Spare cash put it in Amer and see it grow, sold out in the mid high 50's 60's. We were all excited then about the mating rituals of flanges across the river. I'll try and pay more attention now. Thanks. | warrenfingerfood
16/3/2017 09:43 | Amer have nearly 100 million dollars of cash available to them to spend. Share price has very little effect on company finances! | moneylender
16/3/2017 09:42 | So how was this worked, did Amer just have the cash in it's pocket, have Amer been responsible for the recent drop in share price because somehow they have been selling quickly to get the cash, how would that of worked who would be doing what on their behalf I can't figure? It feels like there has been a placing in all but name. | warrenfingerfood
16/3/2017 09:13 | Are we an Apex predator now? | lucyp00p
16/3/2017 09:04 | As per previous post, looks like it was a use it or lose it situation for Pacific and they couldn't afford to use it. This was from Q4 last year: "On June 30, 2016, the joint operating agreements for the Rubiales and Piriri fields expired, the fields were returned to Ecopetrol... Ecopetrol assumed direct operations and retained 100% of the rights over the fields.... As a result of the termination of the contracts, the Company has recorded an additional $9.4 million in obligations" Definitely a company in trouble and a smart looking move from Amerisur. | al101uk
16/3/2017 08:57 | $4.2m is about the cost of a single well - pretty good! | fadilz
16/3/2017 08:53 | At least there's some activity/news... now AMER just need to convert it into reserves and cashflow. Sp rise welcome. | rollthedice
16/3/2017 08:37 | Exactly the point, so the seller would benefit from a low sp | foiledagain
16/3/2017 08:30 | Foiled If the deal were to have been in shares, how would a lower share price be of benefit? Surely it would cost the company more shares the lower the sp?? | eddie_yates
16/3/2017 08:29 | Hopefully the start of multiple good news RNSs. | sleveen
16/3/2017 08:24 | I thought Rex harbour had been selling recently??? | moneylender
16/3/2017 08:20 | For another conspiracy theory. Many must have been aware of these negotiations. Two parties and consultants and those on the ground as well as ANH... Is it possible that the price was been dropped in anticipation of the deal being in shares? If so, some have been wrongfooted. Not suggesting for one minute that has taken place, but something has definitely knocked the share price low over a prolonged period of time. Amerisur would have to be aware of ANY larger holder trickling shares into the market, even if they were anonymous to investors companies can always find the beneficial owners and could have reassured the market, but didn't and I wonder if the deal in the offing was a reason why? | foiledagain
16/3/2017 08:20 | This is what the OBA was built for - to pick up distressed blocks constrained by high transport costs. Clearly JW must see an end to the bottleneck issue in sight. Fantastic news and a genuine "I told you so" moment for us. | lucyp00p
16/3/2017 08:18 | My buy Monday up 10% already! | moneylender
16/3/2017 08:16 | Seller cleared methinks coiled spring | colebrooke
16/3/2017 08:15 | Nice pick-up. | broncowarrior
