Not convinced that 1m trade was a sell. Time stamp suggest it was on the Ask. Maybe shackles coming off now.

Geopark (GPRK) (interesting comparator to AMER)reported its 2018 Reserves today:



2P Value per share of $40.10.
At current share price of $18.50 that makes a discount of 54%.

Same thing every day share price hit by seller just when you think it could break out keep the faith Lths our time will come.

I really only use it for certain situations eg where I need a guaranteed stop in a binary outcome (eg. IMM last year) or perhaps stocks that I'm not able to buy in my ISA eg. RBD

homebrewruss unless you are an experienced Spreader be very careful, they will stitch you every which way but loose!!

moneylender I asked because I've had similar when moving a stock out of my ISA to a spreadbet to take advantage of a guaranteed stop and was worried about the price running away in the meantime.

In that case I sold the shares in my ISA and then added some money to my spreadbet account using a credit card which I paid off a few days later when I was able to withdraw from my ISA.

Obviously your circumstances may be different and/or the ISA provider may not accept credit cards.

Homebrewruss, Most of my stock in my ISA which is full for this year, so I am filling up my kids isa with share sales from other stocks, can you believe it takes 5 working days for me to see my money!!

Are you waiting for sales to settle so you can remove cash from an account and then move to another?

300k sell order sat at 20.25p

there could be an iceberg sell order on the book but then since I can't see it I cannot be absolutely certain it exists...the seller still haunts the stock

Three key points for me from yesterdays news:

We had good seismic diagrams that really help to understand the size of the resource. Not just on the Mariposa to sol line, but they are looking laterally too. And new prospect in NE of block that are close to llanos 34. Everything is consistent with a big find based on what we know so far.

Funding, when directors buy and the noise from a company is positive, the cynic in me thinks: funding. Remember the video prior to the last funding? Especially given the PH misinformation. No signs of fund raising based on what JW said.

Plat- confirms what we thought, i.e. there is a problem, but it has served it's purpose.

All we have to do is nothing: just sit tight and wait a year.

N sands in Plat elusive but continue to hold potential, as proven by earlier drills. No longer a priority.

Size/scale and quality of oil accumulation in the the NW of CPO5 will focus minds.

Seems very complex geology, but if they can figure out the N-sands, there's still time for them to be very worthwhile.
