Resignation of director
The Company announces that John Le Prevost has resigned as a director of the Company with immediate effect for personal reasons. A selection process for an additional non-executive director, who it is intended will become Chairman of the Audit Committee, is currently under way and a further announcement will be released in due course.
Senior independent director David Gelber will assume chairmanship of the Audit Committee pending appointment of a successor.
