19/4/2018 10:42 | Did someone really sell 95 shares for a total of £1.05p minus costs? The REPORTED movements in ALTN take some believing - what's really going on?Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
18/4/2018 09:35 | Nice tight spread this morning. | spooky
11/4/2018 18:17 | Thanks for explanation. I obviously jumped to the wrong conclusion from the info on the ii web pages. I do however look forward to the strong capital gains potential coming to fruition! | timgw
11/4/2018 12:25 | He is probably referring to yesterday when there were two sets of paired transactions. As the share price was higher for the second transaction in each set, it looks like bed & ISAs (sell immediately followed with a buy). Or some similar roll over. Also as there are not many free shares available, a trade around the size of 200,000 is enough to move the bid and offer prices. Had there been four large sells then the bid price would have dropped. Yet yesterday the bid and offer prices did not change all day. 10-Apr-18 10:03:12 1,500,000 @ 1.00p 10-Apr-18 10:03:12 1,488,912 @ 1.0023p 10-Apr-18 10:08:50 1,613,210 @ 1.00p 10-Apr-18 10:09:02 1,597,065 @ 1.002p So looks like two people making use of the new tax year's ISA allowance for an investment with strong near term capital gains potential. | stonefold
11/4/2018 11:21 | Can't see any trades this morning? | jamdan1
11/4/2018 11:19 | Have the results ben anticipated with what looks like the sale of six million shares this morning? I thought we were looking towards 3p! | timgw
11/4/2018 09:33 | As ever the flow of info from Altyn is negligible, so looks like the next update of any sort is likely to be via the EOY results for 2017, which should be around the 28th / 29th April. RT | roguetreader
06/4/2018 08:13 | Nice to see a it of movement today. | jamdan1
24/3/2018 18:38 | tightfist, you're right. Fortune favours the brave, patience is a virtue and time spent in reconaissance is seldom wasted, etc, etc, etc...zzzzzzzzzzzzzz | sandeels
22/3/2018 08:18 | chris,A continuing game of patience, I think. Reportedly down 4.3% on one trade of £110 less costs. Is that the definition of Illiquidity!!PoG is looking solid and GDXJ was strong last night; I sometimes wonder if Goldbugs jump ship from the small illiquid miners into the bigger liquid (and hopefully rising) stocks? Just a thought.Cheers, tightfist | tightfist
22/3/2018 07:56 | All gone quiet here again, presumably results not too far away..? | chrisdgb
28/2/2018 09:33 | I think Altyn is the name of the ancient currency used in the area . . looks like they're trying to get away from $'s . | its a worry
28/2/2018 09:05 | Interesting that the new proposed finance agreement is to be denominated in Tenge rather than dollars. | roguetreader
26/2/2018 10:44 | Yes , I read this to be just 'Part A'. Part B or B&C..... who knows ? Maybe they are waiting to see how the dollar/ gold price responds over time or maybe further investment is dependent on a successful application of this initial $15m | vish65
26/2/2018 09:59 | A little surprised as to the muted response with that. Perhaps it is because the company have stated they will need 20-30m USD external funding to get them to where they need to be....... | sloppyg
26/2/2018 09:12 | Agreed, coupon could have been a lot more punitive......we should track towards 2p... | chrisdgb
26/2/2018 07:48 | Non dilutive bond financing $15m looks pretty good on the face of it............!!!?? | chrisdgb
02/2/2018 11:09 | Would be nice to draw the line on the fund raising.. | chrisdgb
26/1/2018 10:56 | Think they are fishing for stock | turbotrader2
25/1/2018 08:42 | Who says they aren't? | babbler
25/1/2018 08:06 | If they were that keen to get so many shares at 3p, why not buy more in open market...? | ianio5691
25/1/2018 06:24 | Should be over 2p, let us see what shape the fund raising is in... | chrisdgb
24/1/2018 14:07 | Not many shares you see have conversion agreed at a big old premium to the share price! GLA | qs99 |
