Usually when the mm locks up the market it is because some kind of corporate action is about to be announced, so they limit trades to block any insider making money and reduce their own risk.

Two years ago we had the DB overhang that created an excellent opportunity for me and others on here.

We rode that to 3p

Now we have the FF overhang which must surely be nearly finished by now, but again it created opportunity for me and others on here.

Once the overhang clears there will be no stopping this well beyond 300p assuming the gold price remains robust.

My guess is that volume will steadily increase, and the share price too, and we will get multiple value adding developments later this year.

We should be buying this with vigour and zeal and relishing the opportunity offered!

I doubt whether ALTN will attract any institutional support anytime soon. It will be at the mercy of PIs for some time to come. But I have seen many significant price rises without any institutional involvement in the past so I am not greatly concerned.

I am more focused on seeing increased production, POG strength, cash generation, processing capacity increases and potential for dividends. Do all of that and the share price will inevitably follow.

I know POG has softened but must admit the share price weakness in light of those Q4 production numbers surprises me.

We were firing up to 3p old money just in anticipation of being able to deliver those Q4 no's........now here we are languishing at 1.2p.

Aside from delivering back to back Qtrs i do think we are in desperate need to get some instis on the register. At present we are just shuffling the pack with shares moving between holders on this BB !

The question for me remains how much the Mgt credibility factor is holding us back in terms of outside investment.

The pog may remain soft during this covid recovery period, but should do better in H2.

Meanwhile, ALTN grow...and thus weakness is opportunity!

Looks like Altyn is back in the buy zone, it was overbought, now retraced, can see this hitting higher highs shortly, more-so if gold bounces.
