14/1/2015 16:53 | Maybe someone who has the knowledge/capability to, needs to make a new thread without the reference to oil barrels etc. Anyone??? | p0pper
14/1/2015 16:40 | Exactly Tarni, today's oil price has sweet fa to do with the prospects of ANR, but anything even slightly associated with mining / oil is tarnished. It won't last forever. | fozdad
14/1/2015 15:54 | The problem with ANR is it is linked wrongly to either to mining or oil exploration sector. When the wider market realises that the success of ANR is now driven by the demand and price of methanol we may see some action. Methanol prices and demand holding up reasonably well at present. | tarni
14/1/2015 15:49 | agree crazy, but gives us time to build a position here. they are making decent and acceptable progress at the moment and everything seems to be taking shape to achieve the ultimate goal of BFS. funds will now be released to commence drilling operations. | pembury
14/1/2015 15:34 | With the price falling no one will be storing crude. This madness has to end soon | anotherardbeg
14/1/2015 12:11 | Think we need a bit more publicity. This minnow will be hidden to the wider market imho | anotherardbeg
14/1/2015 11:57 | It's the sector. This Rns when the small cap mining sector was going nuts and it would have rose 30-50% maybe more. | 21trader
14/1/2015 11:54 | Very strange lack of reaction, maybe people have been put off by the previous failed JV, yet it is clear for all to see that there is real intent from our new partners that the BFS will happen. We have seen the deadwood removed, there is a timetable for funds to be made available, a commitment to a base in Oz, promises of improved technical ability and governance and a target timescale for completion of the BFS. Maybe when we see the cash in a month's time, the doubts will be allayed. | fozdad
14/1/2015 11:24 | The last two bits of good news seem to have bought a raft of buyers, not, :) Something must surely spark this into life. | p0pper
14/1/2015 09:55 | A solid start. At the current price, the only way is up. | azalea
14/1/2015 08:54 | I suspect we are heading for an energy crisis looming in 2016 That is the usual scenario of such false Market Manipulations that destroy so many exploration budgets,so no wonder the Chinese pile in for the gift of such low Oil prices at the expense of the West that is just crippling itself more and more. At least ANR is now back on the bottom rung for the the climb back to 20p and hopefully will be in full bloom by the time the Markets realise this World needs energy. | richgit
14/1/2015 08:20 | Some still asleep? One buy and a rollover of 355k | pembury
14/1/2015 08:05 | The difference in intent between this JV and the previous JV with CNOOC is immense, as demonstrated by their plans to set up their own office in Adelaide | fozdad
14/1/2015 08:01 | Fantastic news, whether it was expected or not.....game on | fozdad
14/1/2015 07:59 | They get the first tranche of cash now and then drilling commences. At last!!!! | seismick
14/1/2015 07:45 | They could have refused it SOS100!. It is clear the Australian Government is fully behind this project which helps enormously. This is a big step forward to getting to BFS which is now fully funded. Should be seeing some on the ground activity very soon now they have the green light and of course the cash. | pembury
14/1/2015 07:42 | It was hoped for, but looking back over the years nothing can be taken for granted. This BoD have committed and obviously on the ball - good luck to them and all shareholders! | bashers2
14/1/2015 07:29 | but this was expected anyway? | sos100
14/1/2015 07:24 | Yes, full steam ahead now!. Understand the board are in Australia atm so possibly more new to come. | pembury
14/1/2015 07:12 | Great news | lufcscott
14/1/2015 07:11 | No one awake this morning, RNS out. | p0pper
08/1/2015 21:14 | It's going to be hard to find a candidate to replace PF. The only one who knew what he was talking about. | newkid |
