All in all no matter how you look at it this is good news for ANR. In this hard financial climate many resource companies will kill to get a deal like this. There are many companies which will go under in next months and years due to lack of funding.

The ownership of the JV will be split accordingly: Altona 45%, Sino-Aus 45%, Wintask 10%. The transfer of Exploration Licences 4511, 4512, 4513 ("Arckaringa Licences") to the JV will occur when all conditions precedent have been met (the "Effective Date").

The way I read it. Altona end up with 45%, regardless of shares in issue, of yes

$$$$ Billions.

For a resource that is worth billions even if ANR end up with 45% thats is great achievement. There are companies with much less resource located in risky investment countries worth multiples of ANRs market cap.Imo this news warrants 2p+ and we should all be happy for our fellow share holdrrs.

Today's deal pretty much ensures a large cash commitment to getting this venture up and running ....No doubts it has huge potential and the demand for the end product is guaranteed ....As previous posters point out ,even a small percentage of this will be very nice thank you very much ...Another twelve months down the line given progress TODAYS,1.3p could look more than a bargain...
