Interesting appointment. Gotta say the line about mgt expectations does annoy. They should be referring to mkt expectations unless they already communicated to the market what those mgt expectations are

Haven't been on the ALT website for a little while, but I see that Channl are recruiting 4 new positions:

I emailed the company earlier today and was told that the results are out on 26th Sep, NOT 20th Sep which a few have reported on this thread.

SCSW out today but no mention of ALT . I didnt expect any mention. Nothing to mention right now . Not until the interims. BUT SCSW doesnt hold a lot of shares yet has kept their holding in ALT and never talks about selling it. In the end the editor knows it is a waiting game and the key thing here is to sit tight and wait . No sense moaning and bellyaching about lack of news . ALT are concentrating on building the business not the share price . The share price will grow naturally once the figures come in . Tuck them away , forget about them and wait , thats my advice

There's nothing really to report so I suspect the update will be after the results....not long to wait so we'll soon see.

We'll need/ I expect some meat on the bones or I'll move into something more active/attractive SP-wise.

Stop losses were good 30 years ago. Nowadays markets are far too manipulated so they take you out almost at will, so I don't bother.
Had some ALT since last year & in profit ever since. A bit of good news & ALT will move up again.

i am pleased with the bounce today- but please those who are adding can somebody explain why add on the rise rather than the dip- and what is imminent for the optimism?- i know swsc has said a rerate can happen anytime?
