stephen,
So if you have the inside track on how things are going, perhaps you can explain why a few weeks ago we were told "Henry Joseph-Grant has joined the Company in a senior management position and will focus on building a high-performance sales team to accelerate the growth in merchants on our innovative platform"?

As a reminder:

"Henry has highly relevant experience from his success helping build Just Eat from an early start-up in the UK to its $2.4 billion initial public offering."

Frankly I'm bored of your rubbish. Why don't you wait for some facts from the company like the rest of us?

Altitude the only trade you'll need. - ALT

There are some short term losers on here.

Forget the figures, look at the tool we have in place.

Then look at what that tool does? Then look at why that tool will work? Then look at where that tool has been made for.

America is a huge area of land, an enormous market place covering an enormous expanse, you have to go there to understand distance.
Within that area is a market for what Altitude do, currently that market is a mish mash of suppliers whose prices vary enormously, what Altitude do, is bring that huge market under one roof and that one roof, effectively covers the entire American continent.

It is not a matter of, if customers take up the Altitude system of purchasing printed goods etc, it is a matter of, how quickly it happens.
Altitude ability to undercut the prices of all compatitors will bring a flood of new business. Many are expecting jam today, thats impossible with this project, what this is, is a start up project, when the revenue starts to come in, growth will follow, for years and years. Once the USA is secured, the rest of the Worlds markets will have joined the flood of new business.

Altitude will suddenly explode with revenue, those who are in, will benefit accordingly. Imho.

Channl is an excellent concept but unfortunately it will not play out well in the promotions industry because orders require a huge degree of handholding. It will gain some traction as a sales tool but there will be skepticism from the trade and that is likely to be too much of an uphill battle. Channl works much better if they bypass the distributor and target the end-user directly. This is the route they will be forced down in time to take on Cimpress head-on.

N.B. Stephen -
the guys who put ALT together learned their trade with FOUR, in case you didn't know!
I'll trust their knowhow of this business more than your negging.

samdb,
I was thinking of the way it works rather than the rationale or the commission but feel free to throw in what you like to your explanation. Thanks.

samdb,
You said you can offer your sponsors "their own branded stores on top of mine". Can you say a little bit about how that works. Thanks.

I set up a store today, very impressed so far but still exploring the software. As an example of just one use case:I run tech conferences. I can use my own store to order stuff with my event's branding on and, it appears, get it a lot cheaper than anywhere else. But more importantly I can offer my sponsors (usually people like Google, Sainsbury's, Intel, etc.) their own branded stores on top of mine. The event/exhibition staff at these companies go to conferences every week armed with a thousand branded pens, notepads and so on.This is how I've seen some of the larger print companies make their big money - they create a branded store for someone like HSBC to give out to marketing staff to order all their branded stuff.

stephen1946 - "The promise of jam tomorrow has proved to be nothing short of hot air"

As you have moaned about the lack of (weekly) info from a company you have no investment in, you will know, like everybody else, that nothing has been disclosed to prove any of your negative posts.

The only hot air appears to come from you (and your twin). The only investigation required, might be to establish if you're really as crazy as you come across on the BB.

The results will be announced in due course, they will include factual information. As any serious investor will tell you, patience is required.

Do not fret over not being updated every few weeks, the directors best serve the company, by driving the business forward as previously described in earlier statements from them, not by having to worry about a few non-investors whining on about lack of detailed info every few weeks.

Was it the Exhibition and Publications business?

lowflow, yes you are correct, they have also been trying to brak the usa for 5 years,
there is not one update that makes me feel there is any growth, never mind who they hire this is hard market to break,
if yu dig very little i see so no proof off sites being sold, the usa companies they partner with show no proof off how they are doing,
the managemnt will start to dump stock soon as they know the share price can only go down the valuation is one off the most insane i have ever seen,
