21/10/2022 09:10 | I see they've just issued their annual report: Any potential interest is quashed by the ridiculous spread ... unless you can get well within it. | jonwig
16/10/2020 12:18 | Don't they do monthly reports | zcaprd7
07/10/2020 20:22 | Still in it - one for the very patient... | rjmahan

05/12/2019 21:36 | Another nice return of capital :-) | rjmahan
22/11/2019 15:01 | Could be tempted now, bit of a nasty spread though? | zcaprd7
18/11/2019 16:30 | Looks like timing will be everything? | zcaprd7
25/10/2019 09:59 | I can convert share classes any time until 2020 so I don't need to make a decision now. I invested in this as a liquidation fund but I can see the attraction of buying former hedge fund assets - as there are not many buyers a good price can be achieved. My concern is if now is the time I want to get into this - I broadly think it isnt. I still hold ALF and will wait a little bit longer I suspect payouts will come and the discount vs NAV could be understated. | rjmahan
24/10/2019 20:05 | Any thoughts on the prospectus? | zcaprd7
11/4/2019 20:06 | Liquidation at anything close to book is out of their hands. They might be able to liquidate now for 25% or 10% of NAV, or, wait a bit and get 75 - 80 -100%.#A bit could well be years, or not. Numbers laughably out of date but I think covers the idea... | rjmahan
11/4/2019 13:08 | Right, so when they say:The realisation portfolio (the "Realisation Portfolio") which will be realised as rapidly as possible and the proceeds returned to Realisation Shareholders. They don't mean that rapidly then... | zcaprd7
13/2/2019 11:55 | They can't offload the illiquid stuff promptly - it's too illiquid! That's the whole point of the fund - to realise it slowly and get a better price. | rjmahan
12/2/2019 12:09 | Is it a cheaper way to set up a new fund or something... Will they actually offload the illiquid stuff promptly? | zcaprd7
08/2/2019 22:40 | Launching alternate non-realizing fund that will buy / liquidate side pockets as a business - I will probably take some. ALF - going into liquidating fund.... | rjmahan
07/2/2019 09:25 | What's all this then? | zcaprd7
04/7/2018 20:53 | $9K - pocket money to these guys... Though buying could be being limited by lack of liquidity.... I | rjmahan
04/7/2018 14:00 | Director seems to think so? | zcaprd7 |
