Results of Annual General Meeting

Alternative Energy announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting held earlier today, all resolutions were passed: the proposed renewal of the Share Buy-Back Mandate to allow the Company to purchase its issued Shares, the proposed renewal of the general issue mandate and the proposed renewal of the authority to issue and allot Shares under the Company's Employee Share Option Scheme and Share Performance Plan were all approved by Shareholders.
