ALPHAWAVE IP GROUP PLC (THE "COMPANY")

The Company was notified that Sutardja Family LLC, a PCA with Sehat Sutardja, an Executive Director of the Company, purchased 2,500,000 Ordinary Shares of GBP0.01 each in the capital of the Company at a price of GBP1.3192 per Ordinary Share. As a result of this purchase, Sutardja Family LLC's aggregate holding of shares in the Company is 81,896,880 Ordinary Shares, representing 12.23% of the Company's issued share capital.
