Yeah even Blackhorse has stopped his constant ramping and ridiculously optimistic forecasts. The share price has basically meandered for the last year. |

I'm not sure Dbay are under an obligation to announce their holding as their next trigger level is 30percent, which would trigger a bid. However LDG own 13 percent and Dbay 14 percent so in theory LDG could be buying and stay under 15 percent and the combined entity will remain under 30 percent, so don't have to report it. Just a theory. |
Spike to 43p then the Dutch sold - clearly. Someone is adding them however. DBay may be sneaky and keep a 29.99% stake? |
The strange thing is why are the Dutch still selling when they know DBay are buying with the likelihood of a bid? |
