When KPMG quit as Auditors in August 2022 their letter cited Corporate Governance issues. So Deloitte "won" the tender to become auditors & produced the 2022 figures - no surprise there.
However they've obviously now dug their heels in for 2023 results.
May be it's not a bad thing that these actions seem to be forcing things to come to a head. Possibly short term pain for long term gain? |

I can't recall ever seeing a Results Notice delayed 3 times. No wonder the price is plunging more.
Obviously related to the resignation of Butterfield today , having previously been charged by the CMA.

Deloitte's are fraudsters, that's why. You only have to look and see how many times they have been caught out and have to pay huge sums in compensation, unfortunately, the fraud is bigger than the compensation payout so they always win. |
