I would not wish to sell something with great potential. The author of the posts does not have a bot, it is a bot. As and when I have the time I will continue to antagonise your program which will, no doubt, come out with increasingly ridiculous comments. Sadly, it is all too predictable.

If you wish to buy or sell AAA shares, this may be conducted over the counter (‘OTC’) through Oberon Investments acting on an agency basis between buyer and seller.

Does my bot look big in this?

Talk of Candy has not stumped up
the cash required for The High Court
to grant the freeze ( Aaqua )

Then he has come out as
" all mouth and no trousers "
He is better using the £10M
buying BOOM shares

1 September 2022 All Active Asset Capital Limited('AAA' or the "Company') Update on AAQUA AAA has been advised as follows by one of its investee companies AAQUA, following litigation which AAQUA is currently vigorously contesting: 'Given the undue financial burden and significant business interruption we [AAQUA] need to recover from, we have decided in conjunction with our external advisory team, that the best course of action is to commence proceedings to enter a Scheme of Arrangement ('SoA') in Singapore, part of the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 ('IRDA') which supports corporate rescue and debt restructuring. The purpose behind the SoA, and the moratorium it places a company under, is to give companies the opportunity to restructure their debts and negotiate a compromise with key lenders and creditors, as well as to secure further funding to support business needs. We will lodge our application for a moratorium, which typically ends with a scheme of arrangement with debtors, with the Singapore Courts before the end of this week. At that point, we will need to conduct ourselves in accordance with this formal process.' Future of AAQUA For nearly four years we have been working tirelessly to bring the AAQUA vision to life. We will not let this unprecedented and unjust situation deter from the mission. Over the coming weeks and months, a dedicated team will be assessing how to re-ignite AAQUA in a more focused, streamlined format.' The Board of AAA has for some time been seeking to publish an update on the Company since its last announcement, made on 31 March 2022, but this had been delayed by the extended negotiations AAQUA is involved in. The 'Scheme of Arrangement' that AAQUA is about to enter into gives it the best chance possible to recover and become successful in the future. As soon as there is further news about AAQUA's position and plans, the Company will provide updates.

I think if it's the true that lvmh and apple were involved. Then I'm pretty sure with a bit of research could quantify the valuation. On the other hand if Candy's correct then I will take my words back. Can only go on published data.

DC, can you clarify how you have come to the conclusion Aaqua is a multi billion pound business? As far as I am aware, it hasn't launched a product, nor does it have any IP of any value.

The nub of this is, a multi-billion dollar Co would not let the staff go. CVS s global freezing order now appears to have been eminently prudent.

I don't think it's easy to run a business without any money. The logical thing would be to shut it down. Damage limitation. Who knows how long this could go on ? Certainly staff won't work for free.

Even if the case continuous and candy put up the money are we even close to a closure of the case with a verdict? So sending all aaqua staff away does not seem logical to me. Happy to hear thoughts/clarification.

DC, Where did you hear that all aaqua staff has been let go?

Damage done. Heard today that all Aaqua staff have been let go with immediate effect. Candy's freezing order has worked. The Singapore government will be handed the reigns, a scheme of arrangement to assist the going concern. I can't imagine for one minute they would look to pleasingly at a fraudulent director as Candy puts it. You gotta ask yourself why would a director through himself under the bus for a paltry purchase of shares that he paid Candy a premium for over the market price. He should have just bought them of a broker. There's going to be a pretty heavy price to pay for destroying a multi-billion pound company. Wonder who's gonna foot the bill ?

The employment issue is immaterial and I expect there will be collateral damage.FWIW I wouldn t lay a bet on CVS but I did lay a bet on Fishy Rishi - fingeys x-ed

John 8:7 "Let any one of you who is without sin be the first to throw a stone at her". Dubious pasts, dubious characters. The acts of both parties is total annihilation. Though if I was a betting man I would say that Bonnier is adding way more value by employing people and not putting his self worth/image as his priority.

Most of knew this was a risky game but a likely better bet than the Grand National.

I suppose we will all known soon enough. At least there should be 10million in the pot, and Candy will either gets his shares back and destroys Aaqua, puts 180+ people out of work. Or he loses and gets counter sued.
