So audioboom offer withdrawn! That’s a blow as I hold both and was hoping for double windfall. Less convinced about AAA holding now and what will happen with relisting/sentience and timeframe for it all….

Whilst not invested here, only heard of them via Audioboom initially, I am intrigued to see how this now turn out without the Audioboom proposal and what exchange they end up being listed on.

Probably the same reason that they can't trade the AAA shares OTC yet.

Yes but they have letters of intent for over 50% BOOM shareholders to support it and carte Blanche from AAA holders….more waiting then. The Sentience thing is a caveat and they need to close that deal out ASAP. Delayed because of ‘logistical217; reasons whatever that means

Hopefully we will get some facts and an update by close on Monday. That’s the new deadline for the revised audioboom offer package. We can but hold on and wait to see their (albeit glacial) progress and keep the faith.

Is it critical to have off market trading ? If you were the management wouldn't you wait until you have all your ducks in a row to allow people to make an informed decision as to what to do with their holdings. It takes time to build a robust business, time frames are projections, but just like life in the real world they have to be flexible. I would expect that we will all have the answers soon enough, I'm erring in favour of the team getting the job done here. They have a vision, most of them are already very well of, so let them create, go forth and multiply. Hitch a Ride on their coat tails !

The management of AAA have tried to be clever and raise the shareprice by slight of hand and then disappear from the market hoping it will all work out when they relist somewhere.
Problem with that is by not having the off market facility as promised and no update about where they are relisting people are beginning to see it as all smoke and mirrors and no substance and anyone who is associated with there web of holdings is being caught up in this uncertainty.
Monday may give an answer as to whether it's a stroke of genius or emperors new clothes.
Cynical me says it's a house of cards and isn't going to end well.

Sounds great for Apple and it's users, if Aaqua can somehow integrate its social media platform into plan it's a definite win-win.

Imagine having Aaqua, utilising the AI coding expertise of Sentiance and the development capabilities of Audioboom all filtering into the streamlined market of Apple......has to be considered a powerhouse collaboration for a new social media platform surely???

I did dig through the Previous RNS and could not see the expiry date with regards to sentience .The dates are there in BOOM's RNS of 10th-13th September for these AAA initiatives to possibly come to light , which is mon/fri so I have waited this long and happy to wait and see what these initiatives may well be.Hopefully good things take time and there is a master plan to all this one way or another we will all know soon .In my view it's very exciting times , got in early so a nice position to have .As I heard some fellow holders say on here before I have enough in here to make a difference and not effect my life should it never realist .Good luck to all holders (shorters do one)!

Thank you for your update on the OTC market.

An efficient market is characterised by a perfect, complete, costless, and instant transmission of information. Shareholders are now regrettably presented with this OTC market's high degree of opacity - which is bitterly disappointing but sadly unsurprising.

The company has had an inordinately long time to launch this service and it's failure to organise even this, is deeply concerning. Not only for its own shareholders but also for Sentiance B.V. Once again if anyone knows when the bond payable to Sentiance (in the event of a failed acquisition) expires? This would really help frame the narrative

One can only imagine the shareholders of Audioboom are equally concerned.
