Still no set date on when the OTC market will launch in early September , when active no trades will be published , but when trades happen OBERON will disclose the price over the phone , hopefully nearly there , good luck all holders .

News of potential listing / grey market listing could potentially tip the offer for boom in AAA's favour. They can't be a million miles away from getting this sorted, one could only assume they had a plan from the beginning of their new investment initiative to move of AIM.

Hopefully part of the quoted text from RNS.On 12 August 2021, a meeting was held between Audioboom, AAA and their respective advisers during which Audioboom was informed that a number of substantial initiatives were being pursued by AAA, which its board expects to be in a position to announce by 10 September 2021 at the latest. Based on the information provided to it, the Independent Directors of Audioboom have concluded that AAA is actively seeking to address their concerns and that it is currently in the best interests of Audioboom shareholders to allow discussions to continue.

I guess everyone will have their own personal thought process on this share and there will be those calling negatives & others calling positives. I bought in because I liked the possibility of a good ride into the future but it is just that, a possibility. I paid 3p for my first tranche and took my money back in a month, so the stake is the decision not to take an early profit. I am happy with my position.

I wasn't aware that I am an authority here to provide reassurance to anyone.
I said "I imagine" as I dont know the answer but thats my best guess - if you have more reassuring info, please feel free to share this with everyone.
Also, there is a clear concensus amongst holders here that on the basis of the acquisitions of Sentience, Aaqua, the placings at 80p and now the potential takeover of BOOM, that there is clearly visible value in this share which would justify a share price of £2-3 quite conservatively.
Again, I can't reassure anyone on this either as I'm not directly involved so if you have anymore reassuring points of wisdom, do let us all know please.

A cynic would say that it has been delayed to avoid the price moving down to the price at delisting rather than rising to the artificial placing price put through to make the Audioboom bid viable!!

This is, and from day one always has been a ‘speculative’ stock with the possibility of total loss or exceptional gain. It is good to evaluate such opportunities on the basis of ‘fear & greed’.

I have sufficient invested to make a difference if it does well but not so much that my life would get noticeably worse should it go bad.

Be very interesting if there is a further extension to the Audioboom PUSU deadline of 10th Sept and what the offer contains. Understand why they rejected it first time as consisted mainly of AAA shares which are unlisted!

Plainly any seller is currently unable to sell, but any visibility of significant future sales would naturally be hugely helpful.
