This has the feeling of EUA in 2019- huge PGM complex, yet in a much safer jurisdiction than EUA. It might take some patience but one of my best hopes for a 10+

The only way this is going to be good if there is a outbreak of vampires/werewolves and vast quantities of silver needed for bullets, but that is highly unlikely!.
As for alien well it has history of funding, spending ,funding spending etc.
Also if it does come onto something worth while Pi,s after all the risks endured will be pushed out as it could go private.
AIM markets investments are very dangerous caveat emptor and all that jazz.
