Well I have done a little work and it appears that one CEO thought it would take him around 900hrs work just to get to the bottom on RGTnewco and ADI spilt and complete an RTO, so they were not interested. In that time they could complete three other deals.

Another thought that there might be only one company who might be interested in RGTnewco and that was an Israeli company but again was the work worth the candle.

So do Planwise have a varied plan or interested party in ADI?.

PJ made profits ?.

Of course he did. Did you not watch the trading between the %s he held ?. He sold amounts when others were buying and bought again when the price fell. Remember in the first rise, ADI went from .o8 to.24. before Kenny and Mr.Dross came on the scene.

How much cash and loan fac?
how much to set up a new AIM listed businesses versus buy one?
anything else you'd value highly?

some reasonable buys towards end of day so maybe Planwise been cleaning up after PJ's failed attempt to gain or create some leverage?

I don't think he would have made money, he has been buying from the lows to the very high, circa 0.30p in dec 2011 etc..

It's just a play on the Carlsberg adverts...

He was believed by one poster to be a "shrewd cookie". Has he made money out of this deal? I haven't been paying attention. BTW what does "If Carlsberg done AIM Shells" mean? (apart from the grammatical implications.....)

A holder of 10% is selling out having lost his chance to organise the reverse of his preferred company
The control held by Planwise (25%) almost certainly means they have the same client coming back or another client lined up
Seller selling price drops, once cleared new reverse takeover target will emerge and share price will rise again
