01/3/2006 17:17 | Someone dumped over half a million today!! | adeyberry
28/2/2006 19:40 | Nothing worse than a failed rally. And not even the Board at this stage know what they are going to say. That's up to Charles Taylor consulting. | handycam
28/2/2006 14:57 | Compared with all the previous bounces? I think that last plunge from 100p to 60p gave some longterm shorters an excellent opportunity to bank some very nice gains. I don't blame lots of them for doing so at that stage and moving their attention to stocks that have more downside points available. ALEA results are scheduled to be published mid-March. Anyone care to guess what they might say? (Edit: Sorry - now scheduled for around April 4th - a day before the UK tax year ends, by when some traders might have closed or beyond which they might wish to do so - all of which helps complicate matters) | m.t.glass
28/2/2006 14:17 | any thoughts on the recent bounce in Alea beyond short covering? | jdw1964
28/2/2006 11:54 | Down she go ;-o | m.t.glass

25/2/2006 11:40 | Not on anything in the london market....running long on some volatile and speculative oils.........and about to bet a significant part of the ranch on Petra Diamonds. | paddyfool
25/2/2006 08:37 | Where are you turning your firepower now, Paddy? | effortless cool
24/2/2006 13:39 | I have closed most of mine and am using the capacity elsewhere. Though I will be back just before the year end results. | paddyfool
24/2/2006 12:35 | inevitable short covering. nothing has changed other than an unrealistic market cap now over £120m. | tigrebone
24/2/2006 12:22 | I'm on the offer at 69.75p to add a small amount too!! | adeyberry
24/2/2006 11:12 | I've added to mine ;o) Just a little. | m.t.glass
24/2/2006 11:01 | Well I have closed £100 of shorts today. OK, call me traitor. | shanksaj
24/2/2006 10:47 | Total volume so far today still only 50k, which is low. Total value of today's trades still only £32k so far. | m.t.glass
24/2/2006 10:34 | I'd reckon so, and as the price creeps up, they become more unsettled, closing off the offer, rather than sitting on the bid! Maybe they are recent shorters who got in after the last decent drop! Who knows... Just glad I got in here well over £1.... | adeyberry
24/2/2006 09:50 | shorters closing?? | harleymaxwell
23/2/2006 11:37 | I see Goshawk are doing a Highbury House/ Sanctuary Group rally. Perhaps they will merge with Alea to create a major force in the run-off realisation business. | handycam
23/2/2006 09:43 | still creeping?? out of interest anyone see the px re loss deterioration | harleymaxwell
22/2/2006 13:14 | Or March 14 expiry on some quarterly positions (some of which might get rolled over ahead of then) | m.t.glass
22/2/2006 13:02 | Or end-of-tax-year manoeuvring (booking capital gains/losses). | alexandrews
21/2/2006 16:19 | anyone have any views on this - what will prompt next move up or down? | harleymaxwell |
