Anyone who doubts me with regards to harry should have a scan back on some of his 'posts'. It has been said many times before that harry is here to confuse the situation and that he could even work for sans.

i've listened to harry on here for the past 18 months, he's an idiot. It wasn't so long ago he was telling people it was all over and to move on and it was not worth bringing agt to court. All i am saying is that in my opinion do not rely on anything he says with regards to doing any good for the agt holders.

harry your as daft as basil brush, you change your view and stance on this constantly depending on what other posters are saying. i believe they call it misinformation. their is a reason why most posters on here filter you.
Do not believe that harry is doing anything in your favour regarding this situation.

Daisy777, I had a response from the DTI thanking me for drawing their attention to the situation, but also stating that they were not in a position to say what action (if any) will be taken.

harry,

I reckon you're taking the p.

Call in the administrators when no debt. Buy the best assets for a quid, and flog em to the yanks for umpteen million - all within the space of a month???

Shut the lot down - tell everyone to sod off and walk away laughing your socks off???

No-one would have the cheek to do that????

Would they???

Tony

I can't see this story on the MCV site at this time. But if it's true I would question why Morpheme was bought.

Look guys let's make one thing very clear!

If there was an EGM called within the timeframe as discussed above and say 100 shareholders go to the meeting armed with 100's of q's for the board (remember the Sans wont be present) what is the board going to say?

- We don't have the information yet
- We don't see the relevance of the q's

I'm sorry but I have recent experience of this myself when I q'd a co at an administrators meeting where the response was exactly that!

In my opinion one single voice supported by a legal counsel is more likely to achieve the answers to the q's BUT maybe the FSA SFO DTI LSE may take a closer look before this happens. Unless the proxies for each nominee company are properly stipulated that one voice represent all the interests of the said shareholders then it's going to be an uphill struggle.

Just my opinion! This is not a fight that a single shareholder holding 250,000 shares can win on his own. MoscowTrader & myself speak for 1.7m shares. Perhaps HP could state whether he, his contacts, JS & CS are prepared to give MoscowTrader & LDMachin their support and if this is thge case then ONE VOICE might be able to take this forward given the ever increasing time frame. There is no point in contacting the Sans as they are no longer Directors.

Did Joss Ellis/Argonaut Games PLC turn down the 3rd Harry Potter game, if so, why after the success of the first two HP games - how was turning down the 3rd in the interests of the company and its shareholders?

if this matter goes to court san will never work as a company director again --crilly is already history

i dont intend to be shafted by crilly or san --the only reason i havn't taken legal action against crilly already for his false claims made at last years agm --was for the risk and harm this would have caused to jez san and the company as a whole --- but now this situation is changing dramatically as i am getting extremely annoyed especially when san doesn't return my phone calls in an attempt to resolve matters out of court ---in a sensible manner
