A joint venture is already in place for the Iron Ore project in Greenland. Gla ;-)

MEL 2017/41 (Melville Bay) has been granted to Alba's UK incorporated subsidiary, White Fox Resources Limited ("WFRL"). Alba has entered into a joint venture arrangement in relation to this licence with a private mineral resources investment group, whereby the investment group will sole fund the first year's exploration in return for a 49 per cent interest in WFRL. After the first year, the parties will joint fund exploration or dilute in accordance with a customary formula. Alba will be the manager and operator of the project.

ps Alba's Ilmenite license in Greenland is adjacent to Blue Jay's (JAY) ilmenite project, Blue Jay is yet to go into production but their market cap is c£130m on potential, Alba's market cap in comparison is only £8m and of course they have the massive near term potential UPSIDE of the Weald Oil Basin as well as their Graphite and gold and cobolt etc etc etc......Gla Holders....A sudden and significant re-rate more than likely at any time. ;-)

Oil & Gas

Horse Hill (Oil & Gas, UK): Alba holds a 15 per cent interest in Horse Hill Developments Limited, the company which has a 65 per cent participating interest and operatorship of the Horse Hill oil and gas project (licences PEDL 137 and PEDL 246) in the UK Weald Basin.

Brockham (Oil & Gas, UK): Alba has a direct 5% interest in Production Licence 235, which comprises the previously producing onshore Brockham Oil Field.

Mining

Amitsoq (Graphite, Greenland): Alba owns a 90 per cent interest in the Amitsoq Graphite Project in Southern Greenland and has an option over the remaining 10 per cent.

Black Sands (Ilmenite, Greenland): Alba owns 100 per cent of mineral exploration licences 2017/29 and 2017/39 in the Thule region, north-west Greenland.

Melville Bay (Iron Ore, Greenland): Alba is entitled to a 51 per cent interest in mineral exploration licence 2017/41 in Melville Bay, north-west Greenland. The licence area benefits from an existing inferred JORC resource of 67 Mt @ 31.4% Fe.

Inglefield Land (Copper, Cobalt, Gold): Alba owns 100 per cent of mineral exploration licence 2017/40 in north-west Greenland.

Limerick (Base Metals, Ireland): Alba has 100 per cent of the Limerick base metal project in the Republic of Ireland.

El Mreiti (Uranium, Mauritania): Alba has applied for the reissue of a uranium permit in northern Mauritania, centred on known uranium-bearing showings.

Alba continues actively to review numerous other project opportunities which have value-enhancing potential for the Company whether by bolt-on or stand-alone acquisition, farm in or joint venture.

in reflection to oil, the drill bit is encrusted with diamonds and very expensive tool to drill through to the black gold,the energy market is wakening up to reduce wear and tear & costs by using a drilling fluid with graphene which is harder than diamonds to pro-long the life span of the drill bit.

but the most sacred commodity is "WATER" 70% of the earth surface is water,and 98% of that water is salt water,so as population grows expected to be in the circular of 8.3 billion by 2030,the planet will be desperate for clean drinking water. so the solution will be solved by graphene water filters a material so thin that grains of salt are to big to pass through so the oceans will be harvested to a palletable commodity.

so much more useage of graphene will evolve as technology adopts graphene,alba have adopted graphite in their portfolio & will attract the smart money to give the m/cap substance !

Pmsl Elcapital is the lowlife snide scumbag of Advfn....and is still bitter and twisted that so many genuine private investors made so much profit at Ukog from sub 1p when the scumbag and his cohorts were spouting their bile to discourage investors are all livid that Ukog's temporary drop in share price isn't as bad as they were hoping....Gla holders Big news from HH next week and news from Greenland at anytime....massive upside potential from this bargain share price and tiny market cap...On and Up!!!:-)

Hopefully there have been no one stupid enough to beleive any of moneymunches ramping lies. He was telling everyone to buy at 11p!! only 50% down .....so far

I doubt there is anything at ukog now. So for me its a wipeout. This time next year rodders.........there will be nothing IMO

I guess the lying POS monkeynuts wont care though. He admits to selling when illegally telling everyone to buy every ten minutes. The relevant authorities are aware of this.

the market is not interested in the past unless history is repeated !so the market is focused on the future & alba ticks the box with rare earth minerals in cricital supply plus alba are in a safe policital zone compared to other graphite/cobalt producers,

Lol Ukog has out performed just about every listed share this year from sub 1p, and will again on confirmation of commercial recoverable volumes from BB and HH which obviously will be very good news for little old Alba. Gl :-)

I never had the money to be able to take a chance on UKOG. Looks like not having the funds is often a great thing. Just like not being able to short the DOW when I would of done and just lost more and more money.
Great to be in the right one. I always felt ALBA is way better than UKOG. I can not understand how everyone in UKOG did not sell more to go into ALBA before it was too late.

Pmsl plenty of punters have made fortunes on Ukog all the way from sub 1p contrary to the negative bile and jaundiced diatribe from Elcapital and his crew, the biggest snide scumbag on Advfn...one of the best performing shares on Aim this year and the scumbag doesn't like the fact that so many genuine pi's have made so much profit especially when the scumbag and his cohorts were betting short... ...Ukog have a temporary set back in proceedings but confirm there's lots and lots of high quality light mobile oil......and its commerciality will be proved soon enough. Gla Holders Alba's prospects and potential offer transformaional upside from their tiny market cap and bargain share price ....On and Up!!! ;-)
