Why did Alba's case fail? Was it because when you register for this site it logs your IP address as whatever WiFi or internet you used so if you use someone else's they can't ever track you....!

And this Pennock, I mean he was in prison for months as this article states, how can he post here about Alba from prison that's impossible.

Do you think Alba had the wrong man, logically we all were posting during Pennocks jail term, surely he never posted to any of these sites ever.

Is that why Alba lost the case and couldn't proceed, simple lack of evidence and trailing people who weren't on these boards.

No you could only get the name Pennock from Alba disclosing data they got which they shouldn't, i and others hold that data we were sent it as a threat by Alba which is where I recognise the name from.

But that data should have remained private and the only way you can know what was in that legal literature and names was if it was disclosed illegally hence why the ICO will be instructed to check and they are thoroughly great at that plus with the evidence I just screen shot red and the original correspondence from Alba it proves beyond a shadow of a doubt a data breach happened.

Your so screwed now but the one you really hurt is GF, it was his data to keep private and he knows the legal implications now or will do when he gets the email informing him of the said data breach tomorrow as is required by us to send.
