Crookney - we seem to meet up a lot these days.........we are in a new kind of market my friend, you must adapt - thses could just as easily be 100p or 20p in the next few weeks.........the usual suspects have no dosh to support this kind of stuff - keep your powder dry for better bargains........

My son worked for ALBA for a number of years.
He had a share save scheme which he cashed in at £8.10 just over 3 years ago I believe.
He had other shares that he sold at over £11 during the tech boom.........how the mighty fall!!!!!!!!

MM's offering a silly sale here - marking down on any sell - the chance to buy in the sort of mad market may never appear again imo.

Net nothing in sells hardly has wiped £3m off the mkt cap today - hideous imo.

this from the interims:

"Results for the second half of the current financial year are expected to show a material improvement on last year's performance."

double the value now then! :-)

Someone was out picking up 85K's today just as the announcement was going out.

Worth looking through at what Briget Blow-job has been doing Cambium. The excess property sale swill wipe out debt.

Leisure division was only got rid of in August.

The sale of Roadstar wipes out £3m+ loses per annum.

H2 will have greatly reduced stock, greatly reduced debt, reduced sales and much higher margins. I reckon H2 will be profitable, so much so that the earnings forecast of 9p in the coming year will look way too low imo. 12p eps in the coming year looks more than possible imo, PE 6 and great potential to grow earnings a a strong pace for several years - margins will be much higher in the future.

Well that's good news just out about Roadstar - reckon those large trades could be directors buying too.

Should move north imo.

Worth a short soon as it always drops off a cliff after a nice rise, which is no doubt due to a shorter closing out for a handsome profit!

Bouncing right on cue on the chart.

I reckon these will have no debt within a year, £50m just been paid down. Subbing out to China will help too with the $ fall.

Seem to have some good property assets and bact into profitability this year, H2 should be a great improvement.

Nearly £9 a share back in 04, might not get back there for a few years but half that won't be bad :-)

Glad I ain't on my own EJ :-) A nice dip to buy on imo - ABA hit by misplaced sentiment because Dixsons Group posted such a carp statement today - their problems are their own making imo.

I'm shorting DSGI but well long ABA

Only me interested in buying these?

Reckon they will have cleared nearly all theier debt and moving into profit in H2 - next year could be a screamer under the new management imo.

yep, seen STOB, not convinced by director buys just after a float tho - surely they could have got in on the buying before they reversed into Westbury?

Good co, think I'll watch for a while to and flush out the openin gdumpers perhaps.

Thanks for the heads up tho.

Just picked up a wadge today.

I like the director changes and you have to back a bird as chairwoman called Briget Blow surely?

Leisure division sold off for £51m cash.

Looks primed for a turnaround here and the Aug 6th RNS future prospects looks a good read.

Large trades on the 9th that were at a premium - looks like the seller called the tune there.

Chart looks like it's turned possibly.

Just my opinion - usuallt codswallop etc etc.
