28/3/2013 06:47 | think better numbers are 30 mio dlr (withheld 10 for tax, shud get soem back) sterling 19.8 mio 10 mio dlr commercial , that will be taxed too so 4 mio sterling.(if they hit) sudan ....... well its sudan, no one is going to buy on the back of that assett. it is very much over sold i agree cows i reckon are worth about 3.3 mio quid. the other assetts i think look great . grain storage land lease agreements the dam just boring as we are going to have to hold for a long while to get full value a s the board seem very share price unaware | sitiain
27/3/2013 23:33 | Can't believe I have a second chance of sub 3p. £25m received from Marathon Oil £6m extra if a commercial discovery £11m from South Sudan to come for White Nile work. Oh and the growing assets :) Current MCAP £31.31m.....! | cyfran101
27/3/2013 16:51 | Ahh lol, now that would be just rude.At these prices we have 70% in cash the rest throwing in. If we sold the cattle we would have 100% of share price in cash, everything else for free. Just a great buying oportunity at these levels. | jimmy12345
27/3/2013 14:48 | ...yeah he didnt miss the O! :) I actually already hold stock and justed added to my current holding, I intend to continue adding all year as the long the price does not spike to a ridiculous level. | the count of monte_cristo
27/3/2013 14:14 | I misread what you typed there for a second jimmy! Yes welcome aboard. | oiht
27/3/2013 07:55 | Welcome aboard count | jimmy12345
26/3/2013 08:48 | Picked up 500 quids worth this am, small purchase but thats all I can afford(: Long term hold for me. | the count of monte_cristo
22/3/2013 11:46 | In regards AGTA, really who cares about the current share price price unless you are looking to sell in the next few weeks/months? This acorn needs a bit of time to grow. In regards STI, yes I am very excited about the prospects in Ethiopia, should they hit some real pay dirt their and open up another gold region, akin to patagonia, then the share price could go to the moon, IMHO. My view is that virtually all investors are not awake to this yet, reading the bb its full of stale bulls and investors with an axe to grind about the lack of progress over the last 2-5 years and how they are now almost like a cashed up aim share. I dont care about any of that as one drill result from Afar/Ethiopia could almost change the prospects of the company over night. They have a serious land package/presence and have first mover advantage. | the count of monte_cristo
22/3/2013 09:53 | SITIAIN, I agree with you about Director buying but how do you get 4.5p? That's only a market cap of £47.7. Revenues will be about that for the full year and then there's all that cash. This company is expanding and parts of it rapidly so. 4.5p seems a little conservative. EDIT:o/t PS thanks Count I'll take a look at AFF. STI had good results today which will hopefully give it a kick start. | ged5
21/3/2013 15:45 | Yup about 70% now | jimmy12345
21/3/2013 14:13 | Ged5 - unfortunately I have yet to escape, I am still in prison tunneling out, my story has a while to play out yet... P.S. you may want to research AFF, it could be a valuable few hours of your time, IMHO | the count of monte_cristo
21/3/2013 14:10 | Ha! And there's another 310K which looks like a buy. Expect a movement down then on the next AT trade at 2.89. | ged5
21/3/2013 14:06 | Well Count we seem to be in 2 of those. Now with all those gold coins and gem studied goblets that you found, do you think that you can buy a truck load of these and clear out the seller(s)? Mind you, there's just been 4 x50K sells and the price moves down yet earlier there was a 200K buy and loads of other buys and the share price doesn't budge. Maybe Mr. Big will decide its low enough soon!! | ged5
21/3/2013 13:53 | My 3 favourite cashed up commodity (soft/hard) stocks focused in Africa; AGTA - Agriculture / Africa STI - Gold / Turkey, West Africa & East Africa AFF - Iron Ore / Cameroon | the count of monte_cristo
21/3/2013 13:32 | Unbelievable!!! Loads of buys yet still down we go. Getting ever closer to your 70% cash Jimmy. Well done maytrees I've joined you with a small top up. 2.9098 seems a good purchase price. Assuming the cash at the half year has been spent and the other 2 lots of $10M is received along with some tax rebate, then we'll have 107% of the Market Cap in CASH. A growing business, increased revenues, diversification of crops and countries, loads of cash and still the share price goes down. I hope they do something about it this afternoon. I only wish I could be present. | ged5
21/3/2013 10:03 | Good morning Back in at sub 3p. Odd that share price is so low given that I recollect the co being paid handsomely for its share in oil field but DYOR as obviously sellers have been in the mkt for what appears to me to be ages. | maytrees
20/3/2013 19:24 | Just saw two pigs fly past my window. Lol | jasko
20/3/2013 15:32 | Sabisa-1 prospect in the South Omo block in Ethiopia commenced drilling in January, another $10m if this comes in good, might get a special dividend | thebull3
20/3/2013 08:31 | at least we have a decent price to encourage business AT LAST | sitiain
19/3/2013 18:02 | Anyone here going to the agm? Would be good to have someone from the bb going and give feedback. | jimmy12345 |
