For any newbies here: few bits of info / links for your interest!Mkcap @2.6p circa £6m onlySee figure 2. Map on sister companies website XTR), who themselves have two licenses. This figure 2 map shows who holds what licenses, note Rio and Anglo buying up what they could in this area.Video with interview of colin bird ceo, by sunday roast guys. Well worth subscribing to their youtube feed btw! https://youtu.be/KnCoMWlrZy0?si=kOawxXwnok29JGKZDYOR - do your own research! For disclosure - I hold stake. High risk, but massive potential. AFP have joint venture agreement with mining giant first Quantum over ALL 4 of their licences in N.W Zambia (what appears to be hottest postcode in world for copper atm judging by activity/licence holders). Drilling underway is all being funded by First quantum. These 4 licenses are on trend from Ivanhoe's Kamoa mine (2nd largest/best grade in the world), with similar geology proven already beyond reasonable doubt. All of the available licenses around AFP's have been snapped up by likes of Rio Tinto and Anglo American, hoping to find what Ivanhoe have. Ivanhoe turned down circa $1billion offer from BHP a few years back for stake in their western foreland licences , African pioneer and has this area in their licenses.

No news from our Namibian Ongombo project since 16th May and nothing from the other projects since June.
Is there any wonder sleepy Colin Bird gets such a bad rep' from some quarters. But it isn't just AFP, the same is true of GLR. Plenty of good projects but too little action.

Funds raised at 2.25p for Ongombo drilling.

Looks like about 18% of the original shares in issue

Not sure how such a discount to the VWAP over the last month can be justified, but at least the directors stumped up a reasonable amount, and are affected by a loss in value of their holdings that's far in excess of mine

Some Sandfire progress reported

OK, not much, just assays awaited on soil samples and plans for airborne gravity

Plus one geological hole, and one hole coincident with an anomaly, to be drilled soon

The 2 year option agreement ends in October - let's hope they progress enough to want to continue it

"who are M&A Wealth Pty Ltd? I can't see any holder on stockopedia that owns 51% of African Pioneer? Anyone care to clarify?"

The RNS doesn't say M&A Wealth, or any other shareholder for that matter, owns 51% of AFP. It states quite clearly that M&A Wealth previously owned 5m shares and were PART OF THE CONCERT PARTY that owned 51%.

fantastic Assets that both AFP and GLR have

Expect a proper rerate on both, especially AFP as they listed at 3.5p

Botswana is the place to be.

10P share price of AFP by mid next year
